For the price, it’s a very good hotel. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, and working AC and Wi-Fi. Staff was cooperative and always ready to help. Breakfast was simple, but fresh and tasty. Good experience overall.

they not aloud foreighners and they dont say that,they charge 10% i dont know even is Fabhotel or Rachana guilty,but when i arrive there i need to rent in another place,worse experience in my life,i am not recomend.

good for overnight stay
Pros:

The hotel is located close to the railway station and Shivajinagar bus stop is also closeby. I was travelling to Bhimashankar and stayed here for the night. The rooms are okay for an overnight stay and the bathroom is also clean.

Cons:

the bed sheets were not changed in my opinion as i could find hair on them.

Beware - Indians only accepted
Pros:

They have a wine shop and dance bar on ground floor. Food ok.

Cons:

They first lied and said they were fully booked. Then they said they don't accept non indians. Then after l proved I'm indian they charged me extra for the room. The sheets were filthy and torn. As I'm disabled old lady and it was early morning in middle rain storm l had nowhere else to go. Horrible experience. Please warn tourists they don't accept foreigners - this is an indians only accepted venue. They should state that openly prior to booking
