Boutique Hotel Ahangama

Excellent, by far our best stay in Sri Lanka. Child friendly, so handy to have a full kitchen to use, great pool, beautiful rooms, quite location and just a 5 minute tuktuk from central ahangama. Walking distance from the beach, yoga at nugga house, and the best egg hoppers at cafe green, couldn’t ask for more would have stayed another week if we could. We had a power pole in the community go down and domi had a generator there by the morning so we were not without power while it was fixed. Only thing to note is there is a Sri Lankan tax on top of the booking.com price but I’m guessing this is for everywhere.

The pool was amazing, the room was very spacious, and we really appreciated the shared kitchen. The property is new and very clean.

We loved the location as it combines tranquility with easy access to local attractions. The property is situated in a pleasant and safe area close to the beach, with many cafés, restaurants, and popular surf spots reachable on foot or by a short tuk-tuk ride. Kabalana Beach, just a 10-minute walk away, is wonderful and laid-back, with a relaxed surf vibe.

Overall, the surroundings feel lush, tropical, and very relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the Sri Lankan coastal lifestyle. The hosts were extremely kind, welcoming, and always helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We would love to come back and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ahangama.

One of the nicest, cleanest and spacious hotels we’ve ever stayed at, I honestly cannot fault this place. The host and staff were lovely and helpful and the rooms and garden is stunning! The photos don’t do it justice!

Spacious cozy rooms, very friendly and helpful stuff, very nice shower products, walking distance from very nice Nuga cafe and Yaya restaurant!
