Good location, modern,, but need to be more welcoming and apologetic about major repairs in lobby.
Pros:

The full kitchen was a welcome surprise. The large spacious room with moveable desk was great for our daughter who was working on a college project.

Cons:

Due to a major water leak at the hotel, the lobby was a bit unwelcoming. Initially, we were given the wrong room but after discovering the problem, we were given another. There was a dead fly in the window sill and a lipstick lid under the sink but the room was otherwise satisfactory.

It was okay.
Pros:

It was very clean and decent priced.

Cons:

Only one staff member, had to wait for someone to show up so I could check in, no continental breakfast, no towels in gym area. Tv didn’t work in room.

Couldn't find the place even using GPS. Called John at front desk and he said there was a typo error on the
address 959 S Fowler Ave & should be 959 Fowler without the S so we took the S out and GPS still took us in circles and dead ends. I called John back & said we just cannot find the place & needed to cancel. He left a note for manager next morning but we didn't hear anything back so tried to call manager to make sure we weren't charged but could not get
through to the desk. I'm following up to make sure we weren't charged. They really need to get the address correct with Booking.com and take the S out of it. We would like to have stayed there but after 2 hrs. of frustration we needed to settle in for the night elsewhere. Norma Miller CF#5521008598 Would appreciate if manager would call us or send a message to make sure we weren't charged. Thank you

It was a great location near the college and downtown. Very nice.
Pros:

The location was very near the college which we were visiting. The cleanliness was very good. It had a ton of amenities for a longer stay. It was very inviting upon entrance. Checking out was a breeze.

Cons:

I didn't like that I had to ring the bell on the desk while checking in and checking out.
