Lovely facility. It was clean and safe and modern. I will definitely stay here again. The rooms accommodate a longer sta

The property was clean and well maintained. The building smelled fresh. Everything was neat and organized. The staff was helpful. The room was well stocked. Having a fridge and cook options in the room was awesome. And the pet area was clean and well maintained.

Cons:

The bed was too firm for my liking. And provided separate shampoo and conditioners would have been helpful.

Wish they had cleaned the room at least once. Had to ask for clean towels. We were also double charged for our room so I need to get this settled as soon as possible. Please send the number for who to talk to about this.

Excellent except internet and side door.
Pros:

Very efficient and well kept

Cons:

Absolutely abysmal internet. What modern hotel in this era doesn’t offer free fast speed WiFi. The side door was often left open by guests and presents a security risk. Not cool.

楼层清理员工很和善。我们到得比较晚，前台服务员出来得比较慢，但态度还好。设施很新，房子很大，满意

前台服务员在办理入住的时候，拿走了我的信用卡，而不是我自己在机器上刷卡。并且他把我的卡放置在我看不到的地方，我担心拿去拍照了

Pros:

The kitchen has a full size fridge which makes it easier for long stays. Location is great just 400meters from Wholeefoods and 200mts from another grocery store.

Cons:

I thinks they have trouble with their cleaning team. I was there for 2 weeks and not even once the gym was cleaned, the trash can bin was not emptied and towels were not replaced. We were there for a whole week and the room was not made we had to go downstairs to the front desk for 3 days in a row to ask for it to be made and finally we got it made and had to wait on the lobby because they didn't clean it while we were out.

Put in handicapped room for no reason, No table and chairs where you can eat, motorized shade did not work, no dish soap for doing dishes, soft bed, no light at desk, very cold ambience, no luggage racks

Could be so much better
Pros:

- big bright room
- kitchen in the apartment
- location close to the airport

Cons:

- a lot of dust in the room corners
- very uncomfortable shower head, problems with hot water (sometimes mildly warm was the highset achievable temperature)
- poorly equipped kitchen
- super heavy apartment door
- terribly squeaky bed (even light movement caused loud noise)
