Séjour très agréable dans un joli cadre
Pros:

Le personnel était très agréable et disponible. Ils ont tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe bien. Si vous avez la possibilité d’y séjourner je vous recommande les chambres côté jardin moins bruyant que côté route.

Relaxing and Cozy Hotel

The hotel was so lovely. The views amazing and the room very big and comfortable. From the moment We arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the overall experience made the stay truly enjoyable. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great scenery, and a pleasant place to unwind.

Cons:

Communication between departments in the hotel seemed a bit poor. It took ages to get clear information regarding massage or spa treatments. We also had a misunderstanding related to changes in our booking. Although it was resolved in the end, it required quite a bit of back-and-forth messaging. That said, the reception staff were very helpful and really tried their best to assist us and resolve the situation.

Que la piscina no es climatizada, realmente no es para meterse en ella. Y que el segundo nivel tenia unos tubos metálicos como por seguridad y muy temprano en el día tenia a trabajadores afuera de la habitación.

So so, a solution if there is no more hotel capacity left in Antigua proper
Pros:

Nice atmosphere, excellent volcano views (both de Fuego and de Agua), very nice room with a fireplace I really enjoyed

Cons:

Food! Breakfast is dismal! It’s a la carte menu, and what you get is an absolute disaster - so little food and the taste is not for human consumption. They don’t even have a fresh fruits. For a hotel that is long way from everything, they should not be this stingy 😂 It’s $200 per night!

Lugar lindo, funcionários perfeitos, mas mal aproveitado

Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e prestativos. O lugar é bonito. A limpeza e a reocupação de cama é muito boa.

Cons:

Houve vários problemas. O mais grave foi a falta de água quente, na noite de Ano Novo. Havíamos feito um passeio no vulcão de Pacaya, estávamos sujos, com frio e muito irritados. Queríamos tomar banho e ir numa festa de Ano Novo limpos. Não conseguimos.

O passeio foi outro problema. Agendamos pelo hotel, na expectativa de que a experiência fosse melhor. Mas a saída atrasou, não nos deixaram na volta no hotel e as informações foram incompletas. Não nos informaram que teríamos de ter 100 quetzales por pessoa para entrar no parque.

Também faltam mesas de apoio no quarto e móveis mais confortáveis na sala de estar, que é pouco usada. Há poucos funcionários. Muitas vezes a recepção fica vazia.

Esquecemos um boné na van do motorista do passeio a Pacaya. Pedimos para os funcionários falarem na agência e acho que teria sido fácil conseguir no dia seguinte. Mas não tivemos retorno.
