I booked 3 rooms here for my guests, hoping for a seamless experience, but unfortunately, the management failed on multiple levels.
First, regarding the room allocation: I specifically inspected the rooms on the ground floor in the morning and placed personalized hampers and cards for my guests. However, when my guests arrived, the hotel had shifted them to the first floor without informing me. This was a complete surprise and created confusion, rendering my setup with the hampers useless.
Second, the lack of internal communication is alarming. I explicitly informed the front desk 4 to 5 times that no charges should be discussed with or billed to my guests. Despite this, the staff told my guests that breakfast was chargeable. As a host, this was incredibly embarrassing and unprofessional.
I expected a standard of service associated with the Sarovar name, but the lack of coordination and disregard for guest instructions made for a very poor experience. I cannot recommend this hotel for hosting guests if you want specific instructions followed.
The hotel does not have handicapped persons room, with facilities for persons with disabilities. Not even one room. Not even a toilet for the handicapped. Most good hotels now provide these facilities. The counter staff did not even know about such facilities.
Toilets are too small. The in room dining plates were not removed despite repeated requests . Extra blanket not supplied despite assurance by the night staff at the reception.

Rooms were not clean and properly hygiene enough and small spots and damages were all over the room and bathroom.

The room service is exceptionally slow.
We ordered for tea for my mom as she had to eat something and take her medicine. They took one full hour to deliver tea after multiple follow up.
The bathroom flush was horrible and did not flush appropriately. Overall the facilities were very poor.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired and many food items/tea were not ready since the beginning.
