It was a really pleasant trip, it was such a serene environment. The staff were very friendly particularly Princess, she’s such a star and she was very helpful

Customer service is the worst

This property was NOT like it looks on the internet. There were bugs crawling on the pillow that I had to swat away, I saw a roach on the second day I was there, and the 4th day a roach was in my plate of food. I told the staff, but they looked like that was not a surprise, and nothing was done about it. The staff was friendly, but the place needed more upkeep. I really would like some of my money back, for my inconvenience and I could not use my phone, because it did not work there, to move from the hotel to go to another hotel.

Arrived at the hotel and was told that they were fully booked. So no room was offered at the hotel I booked and paid for. I had to go to a different hotel.

It was disappointing the room is unkempt no shower gel the bedding was dirty some of the staff were not helpful they ignore your request you need to ask multiple times the breakfast was non existent

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Preskem hotel for a night, and I must say, it was a thoroughly underwhelming experience.

Despite booking a Presidential Room, I was shocked to discover that I had been relegated to a lesser room in a different annex of the hotel. The room itself was a far cry from the luxurious accommodations I had seen on the internet.

The environment in the annex was dirty and unkempt, with visible stains on the floor and dust accumulating in every corner. The intercom in the room was not working, which made it difficult to communicate with the hotel staff.

What's even more appalling is that the hotel management didn't even bother to compensate me for their mistakes. No apology, no offer to upgrade or provide a discount - nothing. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at [Hotel Preskem.

Needless to say, I would not recommend Preskem to anyone. The hotel's failure to deliver on its promises and its lack of concern for customer satisfaction make it a subpar choice for travelers.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The presidential suite was very unkept, bedspread torn, body specimens (sperm) visibly noticed on the bed. It was a nightmare staying overnight in the hotel.

Awesome stay, quiet environment, privacy .
