NBH Premier é decadente, e maltrata seus hospedes!

O aquecimento só funciona a cada duas horas e por alpenas alguns minutos, o que é insuficiente para deixar o quarto minimamente aquecido. Eu estava hospedado com minha esposa e dois filhos menores de idade (10 e 15 anos). Reclamei desde nossa chegada. Eles se limitaram a fornecer um aquecedor elétrico minúsculo e mais mantas. Enfrentamos frio de -8ºC de madrugada e o quarto ficou muito frio. Passei muito mal, tive uma crise de ansiedade, acordei com 130 BPM e muito assustado com aquela situação que fui colocado. Reiterei à recepção e eles me ofereceram mais mantas, como se fosse possível tomar banho enrolados em lençois! Quando desci para o café da manhã verifiquei outra precariedade do hotel. A mesa é minuscula, a reposição extremamente demorada. Não me alimentei. Resolvi ali que não passaria or aquela situaçào e saimos para um outro hotel, cuja a experiência foi infinitamente superior.

Conforme pero hay cosas para mejorar.

La comodidad de la habitación.

Cons:

El desayuno, hay que esperar mucho para poder usar la tostadora deberían poner una o dos más ya que el valor es muy bajo no costaría nada la inversión, tardan en reponer los alimentos en general.

Pros:

El personal del hotel fue muy amable, la verdad que eso hace que la estadía sea aún mejor. Dana (recepcionista) muy atenta para brindar información y asistir a los huéspedes. Cuenta con desayuno sin TACC. La ubicación es excelente.
