Staff is very rude to customers. Also, you need to tell them everytime to turn on geyser when you want to use, which is very pathetic. Parking is also an issue here

My recent stay at this place was not just disappointing — it was downright appalling. This experience has seriously shaken my trust in the FabExpress brand, and I’m compelled to bring it to your urgent attention.
The room we were given was in an utterly unhygienic state. Dust-covered furniture, stained linens, and a lingering stench of neglect made it impossible to feel at ease. We didn’t dare touch anything. It was as though the room hadn't been cleaned or inspected in weeks.
The bathroom was beyond disgusting — filthy, smelly, and shockingly unmaintained. I’ve seen cleaner public train toilets. For a hospitality brand claiming to offer comfort and quality, this was an absolute disgrace.
But the worst part? The service. I requested an extra pillow at 10:30 PM. It finally arrived at 12:30 AM — a full two hours later, accompanied by a loud knock at the door in the middle of the night. Given the time and complete lack of verification, we were forced to refuse opening the door out of genuine safety concerns. This isn’t just poor service — it’s a potential security hazard.
This experience wasn’t an inconvenience — it was a violation of basic guest expectations. If this is even remotely representative of the properties you associate with, FabExpress needs to re-evaluate its entire property onboarding and quality control process.
I strongly urge FabExpress to immediately delist such substandard hotels that endanger customer health, safety, and peace of mind. Continuing to promote these properties will not only cost you loyal customers but will also irreversibly damage your brand’s reputation in a competitive market.

The rooms were really pathetic, they were not clean at all. The shafte window in the bathroom was transparent, the other room’s washroom was visible hence no privacy for womens. The bathrooms were not clean at all, there were hair lying on the water tap. Geyser was not working and also upon complaining about it they did not do anything about it. Ac remote was also not working. Bedsheets were not clean

Location wise hotel is good but except it nothing was okay. The rooms which have been displayed on the website of booking.com was totally exactly opposite to it.. Cleanliness was not maintained at all. No toiletries were provided in the bathroom. Rooms were pretty old and taps were also not functioning properly. Breakfast was supplied from outside the hotel during the stay that too with very limited choices (we had to choose out of 2 or 3 food items). They don't have in-house cooking facilities. So overall the experience staying in this hotel was totally unsatisfactory.. Will strongly not recommend this hotel for stay in Udaipur.

The staff are definitely the highlight of this property. If it hadn’t been for them I would have checked out. I stayed because they were honest about the struggles they were having and I wanted my business to support them. I did give them a lot of advice on what they needed to do to attract and keep business.
Facilities weren’t as advertised. The wifi didn’t work at all. I was told that it had been offline for 5 days, but because it was Holi, a technician couldn’t get out to fix it in the timeframe of my stay. There was no breakfast. Negotiations over internet and breakfast unavailability were agreed and deducted off my daily room rate. The water boiler was temperamental and for the majority of my stay there was no hot water. The owners/managers know that there are currently failings with regard to amenities, but their genuine hospitality overcomes these shortcomings. If they work hard to fix these, I would definitely stay again.
The young guy who works so hard to keep customers happy is a genuine asset to this property and he should be very highly valued.
