But good hotel.
Pros:

There is no breakfast.. Is it compliment, or payable?

Cons:

Instead of the bedsheet, they had given us only blanket. And its not clean, and pillow cover also.

The ambience of the room

Cons:

They have cleaned the windows but behind the curtains it was completely full of dust. I had baby and she was sneezing continuously. Then only i found it was of dust behind curtains.

Cons:

We booked a room at Sree Arul Muthu Residency, Madurai. Unfortunately, I was unable to download the invoice through the app. I contacted the hotel for assistance, but the staff member spoke to me very rudely. He refused to provide the invoice and simply told me to collect it from the online booking platform. I am disappointed with the unprofessional behaviour and the lack of support in obtaining the bill. I request that this issue be addressed and that I receive my invoice at the earliest.

Pros:

Absolutely NOTHING
The WORST hotel ever

Cons:

The staff is VERY irresponsible, not cooperating, the manager is VERY VERY RUDE, not at all answering the phone calls or messages, bathrooms outside in the backyard are VERY VERY bad, it's like spoiled and unused bathrooms, rooms are VERY small, even the bedsheets and pillow covers were also not at all cleaned.

Good to stay and staff in front office is too good
Pros:

The staff, their behavior, cleanliness all was good

Cons:

The house keeping section could be better. We stayed 3 nights and twice we asked to clean our room when we went outside. But as cleaning staff was not available at that time, the rooms were not cleaned

Veg and non veg food is available just outside the property within 100 metres.
Backside garden is very good. One can click the memorable photos here.

Cons:

Room service phone is non functional.
Room service is very poor.
Cold Drinking water is not made available in the room. Instead one camper is made available in the corridor with normal RO water.
