Gute Lage, besonders im hinteren Teil, gute Organisation für Touren

Pros:

Super freundliche Gastgeberin und insgesamt sehr herzliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Das Resort besteht aus zwei Bereichen – vorne an der Straße (neuer und moderner) und einem ruhigeren, etwas älteren Bereich weiter hinten. Aufgrund einer Baustelle neben dem vorderen Teil war es dort recht laut, aber unser Anliegen wurde sofort ernst genommen und wir konnten unkompliziert und ohne Aufpreis in den hinteren Bereich wechseln – top Service!

Beide Zimmer waren sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Pho zum Frühstück – absolute Empfehlung. Das Restaurant vor Ort war vom Service her ebenfalls sehr gut, geschmacklich jedoch etwas durchwachsen.

Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful rooms, and great location.
Pros:

Great location, easy walking distance to lots of restaurants. Friendly and accommodating staff, yummy breakfast, great water pressure in the shower!

Cons:

There was some construction happening close by around the river - not in accommodations control, they pre warned us, and honestly it didn’t concern us really - just not as pretty to look at the river in that specific spot.

Lovely staff, good breakfast, room was spacious and clean, very comfortable! Peaceful location, plenty of delicious places to eat within walking distance, hiking routes in the area too

Cons:

The upstairs area was quite dirty (old mattresses gathering dust, dead insects etc) and there was a weird smell in the stairs. The room itself was very clean and no problem at all, but a bit more care to the mezzanine area would make everything even nicer!

Alles super. Tolle Lage. Der Baulärm nervt total. Am besten vorher erkundigen ob die Baustelle noch aktiv ist.
Pros:

Super schön gelegen am Fluss. Abseits des Touristenwahnsinns in Sapa City. Das Team ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Baustelle direkt daneben mit Baulärm Tag und Nacht.

The perfect place to stay! We wanted to stay outside the town to have a more quiet and scenic stay and this was absolutely perfect. Amazing room with a lovely bathroom, and great shower! The breakfast was good. Highly recommend a stay here!!!

Lovely staff, breakfast was great, rooms were amazing with great facilities. A few ants around but nothing major!
Pros:

Rooms were great and nice and quiet so it’s peaceful!

Cons:

It is about 30 minutes outside of the centre so more expensive to catch grabs there and back.

Lokatie niet in het drukke Sa Pa maar 30
Min er vandaan.
Behulpzame en lieve mensen. Super goeie wandeltour gedaan met La, die ons uit de stroom toeristen wist te krijgen tijdens het wandelen!
Leuke restaurantjes in de buurt.

Cons:

Ons hotelkamer was minder aantrekkelijk dan de bungalows - daar zou ik absoluut voor gaan de volgende keer.

Siamo stati a Sapa per 6 giorni e siamo stati benissimo .La struttura è bellissima abbiamo apprezzato le coperte elettriche e le pompe di calore che al rientro dai trekking rendevano confortevoli le fredde notti a Sapa.Consiglio a tutti di cenare nel loro ristorante.Unico picco neo è che i due cottage dove siamo stati (vicino alla piscina)rimanevano spesso senza energia elettrica con conseguenti piccoli disagi

..il problema è stato poi gentilmente risolto con cambio di stanza

Quiet homestay
Pros:

I love how secluded and quiet it was. Beds were comfy too.

Cons:

The road coming to the homestay was still under construction. Did not expect muddy conditions on the bridge towards the homestay. So if you are travelling on a bike, be wary. The drain in the shower was clogged so water was pooling into the bathroom drain. Which was not ideal and could be dangerous especially for young children.

When I got there the first night, the sheets looked like they've not been dusted or cleaned? I found pieces of hair. It was not a huge deal but change of sheets or maybe just dusting would do wonders.

Tolle Atmosphäre inmitten der Reisfelder rund um Sapa

Sehr gemütlicher Ort mit einer tollen Atmosphäre. Das Team war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen im zugehörigen Restaurant war sehr lecker.
