Lovely Homestay amazing staff
Pros:

Lovely, friendly staff who went above and beyond,they kindly helped my husband when he was unwell and even arranged medicine for him, which we really appreciated. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable.
We asked for more pillows and towels and the lovely lady drove to the Homestay specifically for us to deliver them so kind.
The nearby villages are to be discovered there were so many lovely cafes and restaurant.

Cons:

However, there was so much noise (it goes on overnight and early morning no stop basically) due to building site right next to it which the lady apologies for but nothing they can do outside their control. Also some cleanliness issues, including stained bed sheets and occasional ants in the room and on the bed, as well as one cockroach. While the setting among rice fields is beautiful, a bit more attention to housekeeping would make the stay much more enjoyable.

Pros:

La localisation dans la vallée, au bord de la rivière et des rizières.
Le lieu est apaisant est proche de Sapa.
Il y a de belles randonnées à y faire.

A must stay !!!!
Pros:

The property offers beautiful surroundings next to the river. You can easily do your own trekking tour down the river through the villages. There are a lot of options for food & coffee too. The property is very clean and the cocktails are nice too!

Pros:

Staff were nice, helpful and smiley. Breakfast was good, but somewhat inconsistent. Good location if you are here for trekking.

Cons:

We stayed in the older section, which has no lighting along the path at night. One evening at 21:50, all lights, including the restaurant, were already off, and we were barked at by the property’s dogs when going to collect food delivery.
There was also ongoing construction, which isn’t properties fault, but guests should be warned in advance when making the booking.
Around the property, there were many random items left out, such as pool cleaning equipment, the pool itself was dirty most days, and several chairs were broken and clearly needed replacing. Overall, the place has seen better days, and the photos appear to have been taken when it first opened.

Nice rooms with comfy bed, loud drilling out front, staff is hard to reach, stench in main building.
Pros:

The rooms were very beautiful and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Cons:

We were not informed ahead of time that there was going to be a very loud construction site right in front of the stay that would be working through the night making drilling sounds and shaking the floor. There was no staff present nearly at any point. The water in one of the rooms was cold and there was a stench in the main building on the way to one of the rooms. At the end of our stay they could not create an itemised receipt of invoice of any kind.

Pros:

Le personnel au petit soin. L'hébergement est bien entretenu et soigné. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables.

Cons:

Le rapport qualité prix du restaurant. Nous avons trouvé la nourriture un peu chère au regard de la qualité.
Nous avons trouvé le logement trop en retrait des activités de Sapa.

Direkt am Fluss
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer und gutes Frühstück a la carte, es gibt aber auch frisches Obst dazu und Getränke so viel man möchte..
Das Hotel ist zweigeteilt, der neuere Bereich mit sehr modernen und hellen Zimmern liegt direkt an der Straße und der ältere ist etwas versteckt seitlich dahinter. Der hintere Teil hat einen Pool und liegt direkt am Fluss. Die Zimmer sind etwas älter und dunkler, aber man ist direkt am Fluss.

Cons:

Leider ist es an der Straße aktuell auf Grund eines Brückenbaus sehr laut. Wir durften das Zimmer in der zweiten Nacht in den hinteren Bereich wechseln. Dies wurde uns angeboten, ohne dass wir gefragt haben. Die Betten waren sehr hart, aber in Ordnung.

Pros:

Super freundliche Gastgeberin und insgesamt sehr herzliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Das Resort besteht aus zwei Bereichen – vorne an der Straße (neuer und moderner) und einem ruhigeren, etwas älteren Bereich weiter hinten. Aufgrund einer Baustelle neben dem vorderen Teil war es dort recht laut, aber unser Anliegen wurde sofort ernst genommen und wir konnten unkompliziert und ohne Aufpreis in den hinteren Bereich wechseln – top Service!

Beide Zimmer waren sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Pho zum Frühstück – absolute Empfehlung. Das Restaurant vor Ort war vom Service her ebenfalls sehr gut, geschmacklich jedoch etwas durchwachsen.

Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful rooms, and great location.
Pros:

Great location, easy walking distance to lots of restaurants. Friendly and accommodating staff, yummy breakfast, great water pressure in the shower!

Cons:

There was some construction happening close by around the river - not in accommodations control, they pre warned us, and honestly it didn’t concern us really - just not as pretty to look at the river in that specific spot.

Alles super. Tolle Lage. Der Baulärm nervt total. Am besten vorher erkundigen ob die Baustelle noch aktiv ist.
Pros:

Super schön gelegen am Fluss. Abseits des Touristenwahnsinns in Sapa City. Das Team ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Baustelle direkt daneben mit Baulärm Tag und Nacht.
