Poor maintenance, lack of cleanliness, and inadequate guest support resulted in a highly unsatisfactory experience.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have ever had.

The most serious issue was the complete failure of the air conditioning system during a period of extremely hot weather. Despite repeated complaints and follow-ups, no solution was provided. We were simply told that the cooling system was not functioning throughout the hotel. A working air conditioning system is a basic and essential hotel facility, and its absence made our stay extremely uncomfortable.

The cleanliness standards were unacceptable. Our room was not cleaned during our stay, and towels were not replaced. It appeared that regular housekeeping services were either not being provided or were being severely neglected.

Another major concern was the reception desk. Almost every time we needed assistance, the reception area was empty and unattended. There was rarely anyone available to answer questions or help guests, which is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to provide hospitality services.

The room was also full of insects. Combined with the excessive heat and the lack of a functioning cooling system, this created a very unpleasant environment. Opening the windows was not a realistic option due to the weather conditions.

The location is another significant disadvantage. The hotel is situated outside Yerevan and far from the city. Even several taxi drivers were unfamiliar with its location, making transportation unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming.

Overall, this hotel failed to provide several of the most basic services and facilities that guests reasonably expect, including air conditioning, cleanliness, housekeeping, and reception support. The gap between expectations and reality was substantial, and unfortunately, we cannot recommend this property based on our experience.

Прекрасный, домашний отель!!! Всё очень чисто, новый ремонт, мебель, прекрасная ванная комната с работающим душем!!! Очень дружелюбный персонал! Накормили вкусным завтраком, кофе! Предложили фрукты и коктейль! Было очень комфортно здесь провести день между перелетами!

Лучший отель из тех, что мы посещали в Ереване.
Хорошая и ухоженная территория, бассейн, чистые номера, соответствуют фото. Самый добродушный и искренний персонал. Накормили, напоили, приготовили вкусный чай и разрешили выселиться не в 12, а в нудное для нас время, так как мы останавливались с малышом на 1 ночь, пересадкой. Если будем в Ереване, то остановимся снова.

Брал в аренду авто. Расположение в этом случае отличное. Такси приезжает к гостинице в любое время. 15 минут от аэропорта на такси. Завтраки простые, но довольно вкусно. Персонал хороший.

Cons:

Завтраки можно сделать получше. В остальном всё было прекрасно.

Мы с большой радостью провели несколько дней в Армении, остановившись в замечательном загородном отеле Ketrin Hotel & Restaurant недалеко от Еревана. Это место стало настоящим открытием — уютный клуб отдыха с прекрасной атмосферой, где хочется остаться подольше.
Мы жили в просторном, светлом номере с большим балконом и хорошим видом. Всё внутри — новое, чистое и очень комфортное: удобная мебель, отличная сантехника, приятное постельное белье, мягкие полотенца, халаты и тапочки. Wi-Fi работал безупречно, что было особенно приятно. В отеле предусмотрена и отдельная комната с утюгом и стиральной машиной — мелочь, а очень удобно.

На территории есть всё для отличного отдыха — большой чистый бассейн, уютные зоны для релакса, вкусный ресторан и трансфер до нужной точки или экскурсии. Завтраки подавались в летнем ресторане, особенно запомнился ароматный домашний компот из вишни — настоящая вкуснятина!

Отдельно хочется отметить тёплое и внимательное отношение персонала. Все наши пожелания были учтены, и чувствовалось искреннее стремление сделать наш отдых максимально комфортным. Спасибо за это!

Отель расположен в тихом месте, но всё необходимое рядом — буквально в 10 минутах магазин SAS с отличным фуд-кортом и обменником.

Армения покорила нас своей красотой и душевностью, а этот отель стал отличной частью нашего путешествия. Спасибо за гостеприимство! С уверенностью рекомендуем — 10 из 10!

Хорошая гостиница. Расположена на тихой окраине Еревана. Красивый вид из окна на горы. Все фасилитиз новые. При гостинице ресторан, вкусно и удобно. Также есть небольшой свой бассейн под открытым небом и лежаки в том числе под навесом.

Friendly and luxury
Pros:

Amazing and quite place near Yerevan gives you a great opportunity to rest and to enjoy friendly atmosphere. Staff were very kind and help us with all our issues. The hotel is new and very clean.
