Will not stay there again , $98 was to much for this accommodation for what I didn’t get !

A great spot if your wanting private room/bathroom for cheap
Pros:

Reasonable facilities, enough parking if you get there a little early, great location most major areas are easily accessible through waking and or public transport.
Kind and efficient staff along with a great value for $, can’t find many other places that you get your own private room + bathroom for such a low price, along with the great location this is my go to whenever I’m looking to stay in Brisbane for cheap.

Cons:

No major complaints, it’s pretty much exactly what I’d expect for the price.

Bad time.

Cons:

The room was okay, but having an unknown person inside my room when I returned is completely unacceptable. I had thousands of dollars of belongings inside, and this could have ended very badly.

I contacted the hotel about this serious security issue and haven’t received any response whatsoever.

I don't care how it happened—guests should be able to leave their room without worrying about strangers having access to it. Extremely disappointing

The young lady that served was delightful and accommodating.

Cons:

The accommodations were, garishly, sub par. Rubbish, cigarette smell and mould everywhere. Dirty sheets, walls, pretty much everything. Bugs, exposed wiring and outlets, etc

Horrible stay, I won’t recommend to anyone.
Pros:

The location, parking available.

Cons:

Room was dirty, old room and bathroom that need deep clean, blinds were broken, no cutlery to make coffee or have food, milk outside of the fridge, no late check in indications, no security at all.
