there r 2 things required for a good stay .. comfort and service and sadka was bang on , on both aspects ..right from welcome drink to service ,responding promptly to calls and arranging everything,,it was a seperb stay

Good small hotel in the centre of Amritsar
Pros:

Breakfast and food generally were excellent.
Location very good and close to the most interesting part of town.
Very good shower and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Availability of soft drinks in the restaurant was sometimes hit and miss.

Pros:

The staff was good

Cons:

The listing was incorrect, i booked deluxe room and the room was not as per shown in the images, upon asking the staff they mentioned that the one we saw is super deluxe room. This is misleading!

Comfortable, good value and clean
Pros:

Reception staff, cleanliness, food and the kind gesture of the staffs(Captain Gulzar, Chandni & Harish, the Chef) in the restaurant and kitchen.
Every single staff in the restaurant were very kind, helpful and very friendly. Catered the needs and requirement of the customer, and made sure the experience was good, in the restaurant.
The hotel itself is placed very central and is walkable to all the local attractions, and shopping. Clean and comfortable rooms and good value for money as well.

I and my family enjoyed this stay so It was good for us
Pros:

There are many thing that I and my family like about the property:
1. Location is good
2. Cleanliness was good
3. Food was awesome specially breakfast buffet
4. Staff was polite and humble

Cons:

There is a parking problem if all guests are there so I do not like that. Although they take responsibility to take care of your vehicle but I expect a dedicated parking space should be there or they can rent a parking space and set a vallet to bring the car to the hotel. This is my opinion.

A/C not working till 4 am
Pros:

Nothing much

Cons:

1.) The a/cs were not working till 4 am in the morning, we had to call them number of times.
2.) The Refrigerator door was broken of room no. 206.
3.) The pillows were very uncomfortable.

Very functional
Pros:

Friendly staff, easy access to Golden Temple, and Railway Station. Restaurant folks were flexible enough to serve me breakfast later in the day since I was in a rush. Free drop to the Golden Temple is a good perk

Cons:

Mostly clean, but found hair in the fridge. Neighborhood is a wee bit unsafe at night, but not an issue if you are not walking back to the hotel. Also, the TV wasn't working.

Pros:

Location was perfect.
Pics are not perfect as in fact the one for the location was photoshopped and they deleted the surroundings .. quite busy small street
Even if not all staff has a good level of English they are always smiling

Cons:

Staff not always speaking English and difficult to communicate , except for the lady at the reception
Who was very fast and nice English
This hotel should not be considered a 4 stars , but an ok place to be
