Pros:

It had everything I needed in the kitchen, the bed was very comfortable, the shower hot and powerful, and it was very quiet.
It was ideally located for the Theatre Royal.
I'll be back, probably booking directly.

It was good but it could have been better
Pros:

I have stayed here quite a few times and i'm never disappointed, with the room or the staff.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that the TV im my room was not a smart TV. that was disappointing as it took a little bit away from the stay.

Really handy for work, clean and functional with helpful staff.
Pros:

Love the free coffee and croissants and the kitchenette in each room. Really handy.

Cons:

Only issue was the bathroom smelt quite damp.
