Perfect home from home
Pros:

Nice clean spacious rooms, loved the fact it has a small kitchen as well had travelled over 3hrs and had lots of drinks and snacks which didn’t go to waste as we could use the fridge etc. Staff were lovely. We were greeted by Kieran who was very lovely and gave us loads of info and was helpful.

Great little self contained Suite - ideal for a couple of days
Pros:

The room itself was basic, but it was exactly as expected, and just what we needed. Bed could have been more comfortable, but was fine for a couple of nights. Location is ideal for what we were wanting to do in Nottingham, so all in all it is certainly somewhere I would stay again.

Cons:

Storage was minimal, so not ideal for extended stays, but fine if you're happy to live out of a suitcase for your stay.

Always a lovely stay
Pros:

I always like the amount of space in the room, even though you have a full kitchen incorporated too.

Amazing beds, great shower, I have never had a bad night's stay here.

Cons:

I couldn't find anything I didnt like.

Good hotel
Pros:

Nice size room, very clean, staff helpful and friendly. The hotel is not far from the centre so a good location and value for money and parking is in a secure garage. Would stay here again if I go back to the city.

Pros:

Great location, clean and comfortable room

Cons:

The underground car park is 'public' at times, so the once secure shutter door is left open during these times. The security of our car is therefore compromised.

Pros:

Un studieux spacieux, propre, moderne et bien équipé avec une kitchenette bien pratique.
Bien situé dans Nottingham pour une halte vers l'Ecosse.
Croissants et café à disposition et gratuits près de la réception le matin.
Chiens acceptés et bien accueillis.

Cons:

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas bien et il faisait chaud et humide dans le studio et pas de possibilité d'ouvrir les baies vitrées.
Nous avons dû rajouter 10£ pour le parking et 20£ pour notre chienne en arrivant, ce que nous n'avions pas compris ni prévu.

Helpful reception staff

Cons:

When I arrived, during the heatwave, there was no AC on in the room and the temperature was around 35C in the room. There were multiple broken kitchen cupboard doors, tap to the kitchen sink and towel rails etc in the bathroom. Reception staff were helpful in addressing these issues but once the AC was switched on, it took almost a day to bring the temperature to a comfortable level. A different room was offered but this was not a family room, was in a noisy area and very dark. On the second day, there was also nonAC in the main reception area.
