The complementary coffee and croissants were a lovely bonus to a great stay!
The location was perfect as I had training at the venue over the road. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, sorting out a problem with my booking process. Making me feel at ease throughout sorting it all out. The room was lovely, I was able to cook dinner and eat in comfort, the cutlery however was in a drawer within the top drawer (kind of like a secret drawer) that some may not realise is there. Once found, everything I needed to cook my dinner was there. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower were lovely. The anti fog section in the mirror was a great idea.
There were no lights on at the bottom of the stairwell and I couldn't work out how to switch them on, but there was enough natural light further up, which filtered down so it wasn't really a problem.
The hotels and room were nicely designed and clean. Staff were friendly, and also let us leave our luggage behind the desk in the morning before check in as we arrived before check in time.
Because of the outside surroundings it was noisey and my partner did struggle to sleep until places closed at 2am. of course this cannot be helped and is not the hotels fault.
The parking garage was a plus

Roomzzz are brilliant for facilities and comfort! Location was great it was next door to the rock city venue where we had a concert so was very convenient
Only thing I can say is I wish they had a toilet in the lobby area for once you’ve had to check out your room
