Cons:

Google qui amène pas à la bonne adresse, très mauvaise indication de l’hôtel, les commentaires lors de la réservation qui ne sont pas pris en compte même si confirmé par l’hôtel. Personnel à déplorer ( ne connaissent pas les environ 100m pour guider le client, régler la facture le soir d’avant n’ pas possible, indiquer le mauvais étage à la clientèle pour en citer quelques exemples)

Great location, very basic rooms, not worth the money.
Pros:

Good choice at breakfast, location was excellent very central. Not many other good things to say, the room was not great.

Cons:

The room was beyond basic, no water, tea making facilities or fridge which my husband needed for his insulin. The curtain was hanging off the end of the rail, shower head came off in my hand and the bedside light didn’t work. Our room overlooked a craft beer bar and it was noisy at night. The room had no privacy curtains and it was overlooked by a neighbouring balcony so we had to keep the curtains drawn even in the day. Beds were not comfortable and the hotel even charges for use of an umbrella. It could be so good but was too basic for the expensive Swiss price.

Good location, friendly staff, flexible check-in times
Pros:

Staff very welcoming. I was able to check in at 11pm. Nice lounge and breakfast area.

Cons:

Residence am Marktplatz is actually the Hey Hotel. Had to read the fine print in the email to see I had to check in at a different hotel. Booking.com should change the hotel name to reduce the confusion.

Gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Wir mussten das Hotel suchen, da der Name und die Adresse falsch waren. Das Hotel heisst HEY und ist an der Marktgasse 7 in Interlaken. Eigentlich war alles gut, aber im Badezimmer und dann auch im Zimmer hat es teilweise nach Fäkalien gestunken. Mit Duftspray und Duftkerze haben wir die Zeit im Zimmer ausgehalten. (mit der Lüftung stimmt etwas nicht, oder das Zimmer wurde lange nicht benutzt, wir haben dies der Rezeption gemeldet)
