Top Aufenthalt
Pros:

Es war ein wirklich tolles Wochenende in dieser Unterkunft, das komplette Personal durchweg sehr Nett. Sehr gemütliches und schönes Hotel. Das Frühstück war super und auch das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker. Preislich war es ok, es ist nun mal alles sehr teuer geworden, von daher passt das auch.

Für Kinder ist auch wirklich viel vorhanden, den würde es auch nicht langweilig werden.

Cons:

Der Spabereich ist wirklich schön und auch ruhig,aber der Pool könnte wärmer sein, der war echt sehr kalt, und schade das man in den Whirlpool nur Textilfrei darf. Aber ansonsten völlig ausreichend.

Lage war gut .
Busanbindung sehr gut man kommt schnell überall hin mit der Bodenseekarte, man kann das Auto am Hotel stehen lassen.
Frühstück reichlich
Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr hilfsbereit.
Pool und Zimmer waren sehr sauber.

Cons:

Klimaanlage hat jetzt im Sommer gefehlt

Die Lage ist super, der Pool, das Spa, die Sauna – alles hervorragend, das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich.
Das Zimmer war für mich etwas kühl, obwohl der Heizkörper gut funktioniert hat

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr schmutzig: ungewaschener Boden, viel Staub und Spinnweben in den Ecken. Die Toilette war schlecht gelüftet, das WC lange nicht gereinigt und roch unangenehm. Trotz des Hinweises zur Zimmerreinigung wurden nur Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Toilettenpapier gewechselt, sonst nichts.

Absolut zu empfehlen für eine kleine Auszeit
Pros:

Super freundliches Personal,
Tolles Essen und wunderschönes Zimmer.
Wir bekamen ein Upgrade mit Sauna im Zimmer.
Das hat uns sehr gefreut !

Cons:

Leider ist der Aussenpool kalt. Das wäre natürlich noch das I Tüpfelchen gewesen, wenn der beheizt gewesen wäre.

Für den Preis für eine Übernachtung gibt es weit besseres.

Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal freundlich. Parkmöglichkeiten sind gut.

Cons:

Betten ! Gibt wesentlich bequemere. Bad ist für Kleinmenschen gedacht. Auf der Toilette berühren die Knie die gegenüberliegende Wand.Das Toilettenpapier erreicht man nur über Verrenkungen.
