Pros:

Мы хорошо провели время в этом месте, кондиционер был хороший, кровать чистая, отличное расположение, оживленная улица, узкий переулок, мне нравится это место.

Pros:

Located next to Dashaswamedh ghat location is good you can walk around ghat in just 2 min Vishwanath temple is very near by around 5 min walk on our 4 days visit we went to see arti everyday as this hotel is just opposite to the arti ghat staff are polite they help me with transfer of my luggage as I was travelling with my mother everything was good

Pros:

very greedy owners. They start charging for even 10 mins of tie extension. Room's latch was also broken.

Pros:

We stayed at fabhotel gs residency, the property location was awesome because property location at dashasmedh ghat , so we are easily to explore many places like ganga aarti on 50 mtr to hotel , as well we easily to explore temple 700 mtr by foot , so it's is best stay at Varanasi, the rooms is too much nice .

It was great, for whatever short stay I was there for. The hotel location was fantastic.
Pros:

There was no restaurant at the hotel, but the staff arranged for tea from outside. Also the location was very good. It was just 5 minutes walk to the important Ganga Ghat and a few minutes to the Kashi-Vishwanath temple. There are good restaurants around as well. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The toilet could be better. The basin pipe was leaking, the floor mat was worn out. moreover, there were no towels or napkins provided. They had to be called for. The toilets definitely need an up-gradation.

Meals was awesome, location was good

Old structure . The next day the fare was reduced to almost half on booking .com .
Booking.com has cheated us.There was no logo of FabHotel chain in the hotel but it was shown in the booking.com image.
There was not enough light in the hotel room
