Doesn’t quite feel like a five star
Es war vom ersten Moment an ein wirklich gelungener Aufenthalt. Das Personal war in allen Bereichen ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend, das sucht in der heutigen Service Landschaft seines Gleichen. Man hatte sofort ein Willkommen Gefühl. Das Design des Hotels ist großzügig und geschmackvoll mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Tolle Poollandschaft mit viel Grün und trotz der Vielzahl der Liegen, genügend Privatsphäre und ruhige Ecken. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, mit einem Angebot, das absolut keine Wünsche offen lässt, Riesige Auswahl, toller Service, ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Wir hatten auch tolle Abendessen im Buffet Restaurant, auch hier war das Angebot, die Qualität der Speisen und natürlich das Personal einzigartig. Wir kommen sicher wieder, vielen Dank für dieses Hotel Erlebnis.

Location and hotel is very nice the staff are not very organised apart from the bell boys couldn’t be better.
Front of house staff very miserable and non helpful. We requested an early check in well in advance as it was my partners birthday. We eventually got our room 30 mins late so we couldn’t check in until 15:36.
Friendly, beautiful and fantastic facilities
Got food poisoning Wednesday/Thursday and good chance it was down to beef tartare from Peppers steakhouse
