How gentle and helpful was the personal , really comfortable room

The shower was terrible
We had a wonderful time. We travelled and stayed with another couple at the hotel..we arrived very early due to being on a morning flight. The reception staff were extremely helpful and efficient. The baggage handler when we arrived was lovely and pleasant and was able to put our luggage in one of the rooms that was ready.
We were able to make our way to the poolside and it was very relaxed. The bar staff were great. The 2nd room didn't take long for it to be ready as the receptionist said they would text me.
The rooms we had were on the 8th floor and they didn't disappoint. We both had sea views and were spectacular. Rooms were clean and fresh when entering.

Fantastic selection of choice. The staff at breakfast were lovely. They were so cheerful and friendly.
All the hotel staff we met were wonderful, bar, spa, reception, cleaning, dining , pool side , glee staff honestly the hotel management should be delighted that residents like us who stay at the Tivoli Marina feel comfortable and safe.
One of my highlights at this hotel was having a facial by Cecila and it was fabulous. My face felt fresh and she gave me great advice after my treatment.
Nothing, we had a perfect stay
Everything was AMAZING!!! Beautiful facility, excellent customer service (Sou gave us great itinerary on what activities to do daily and recommended some great restaurants that we tried), best spa ever (the spa is beautiful and luxurious, the treatment was out of this world), definitely include Puro Beach when booking, breakfast was delicious and lots of choices.
The pina colada - they should teach the waiters at Puro Beach how to make it taste better. It had too much ice.
The location is perfect to all the restaurants and bars, also regardless to which room you choose both sides of the hotel have amazing views across the Marina or beach!
The food and drinks in the restaurant and bar on an evening are quite expensive, shame really as we would have loved to start our evenings off at the hotel bar or restaurant, however €42 for 2 GnT’s are a little over priced!

1. При заезде мы попросили сотрудницу рецепции Tatyana вызвать нам такси через полчаса. Спустившись вниз, мы узнали, что такси она не вызвала, потому что не дозвонилась нам в номер. Телефон у нас в номере не работал. У нее были наши персональные номера, но она сказала, что была «слишком занята другими гостями».
2. Помимо неработающего телефона, мы в номере также обнаружили мусор от лампочек в ванной комнате, и НЕРАБОТАЮЩИЙ КОНДИЦИОНЕР В НАЧАЛЕ АВГУСТА.
3. Мы легли спать с открытыми окнами, но в 5 утра нас разбудил ЗАПАХ МОЧИ И ФЕКАЛИЙ ИЗ КАНАЛИЗАЦИИ В ВАННОЙ. И пахло настолько сильно, что мало того, что мы проснулись, так с 5 утра до 12 дня этот запах сохранялся.
4. Мы остановились всего на 1 ночь и утром попросили guest relation дать нам выехать из номера не в 12:00, а в 13:00. Узнав пол все проблемы, с которыми мы столкнулись, нам сказали, что не могут дать нам поздний выезд даже на час, потому что « номер нужно усиленно готовить к приезду других гостей». В качестве извинений нам предложили ваучер на 1 напиток и на 1 блюдо в баре у бассейна, но мы даже особо не воспользовались им, потому что нас надо было уезжать.
После нашего отъезда я попросила поддержку Booing разобраться в ситуации и частично вернуть деньги за стоимость номера, поскольку из-за неработающих телефона, кондиционера и запаха из канализации, в этом номере просто нельзя было жить. Поддержка связалась.с отелем, и отель сказал, что устранил все проблемы еще во время нашего проживания. ЭТО ЛОЖЬ. Деньги вернуть не удалось.
Этот отель - полное разочарование. Никому не советую.

cost is so expensive. have been coming for years and the experience is great but the price has more then doubled. will consider somewhere else in 2027 due to the price.
