Breakfast was great
Hot tub was disgusting and so was the sauna, room had garbage left from previous guests shoved beside the bed, which makes me think they didn’t clean the bedding either because I found it as soon as I came up to the mattress

Hotel is starting to show wear in carpets, tiles, paint & walls. In our suite the furniture, along with the bathroom ceiling is in need of updating &/or repairs. Neither detered us from our stay, but could been seen negatively by other guests.

I did like the breakfast and overall the room was clean
When I first check-in one staff looked at the computer while she was booking me in and said, "is there a reason why you're putting her in that room?" and the other staff replied, "it doesn't matter, she's alone." So I don't know what that meant, but it was strange.
I then asked if they still had the drinks for happy hour (which I loved during my last stay) and she said no, but when I came down the next day, everyone was having their drinks in the lobby.
The worst part was when I went up to my room- as I was getting settled in I could hear someone outside of my door, so I yelled out, "Hello!" with no reply. She then proceeded to scan a card (I could hear it and yelled hello again) and WALKED RIGHT INTO MY ROOM. It appeared that she was one of the cleaners and she had an ear piece in and was talking to someone and didn't hear me call out to her. She looked SURPRISED to see me, said sorry and walked out. She didn't even knock. She shouldn't have an ear piece in when she's working. I don't know why she needed to even go in there. I was so put off after that, but felt too awkward to tell the front desk.
