Great place for a short layover
Pros:

Für kurzen Aufenthalt (Flughafenhotel) TOP!!!
Pros:

Sauberkeit, Einrichtung und Ausstattung super. Frühstück gut , Gym vorhanden und ausreichend.
Direkt vor der Tür Mc‘Donalds und guter Italiener ( Garden of Italy)

Cons:

Zu wenig Frühstücksplätze( besonders Stühle).
Personal grüßt oft nicht zurück und reagiert teilweise garnicht👎🏻

Sehr gutes Frühstück
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, mit Rührei, frischem Obst und, zusätzlich zu dem normalen Kaffee auch eine Nespressomaschine! Es gab Porzellangeschirr und so gut wie keine Einwegverpackungen. Für den günstigen Übernachtungspreis war das kostenlose Frühstück überraschend gut.

Very nice hotel. I just wish the customer service could be better.

Good location, verygood breakfast, clean room and my son loves the view we stayed 9th floor.

I would like to share a concern regarding my recent stay at your hotel.

When I arrived at my room, there were no garbage bags available. I tried calling Customer Service several times, but unfortunately, no one answered. I eventually had to go down to the front desk myself to request garbage bags.

After checking out, I realized that I nhad accidentally left an important personal item in the room. I immediately called the front desk several times, but again, I was unable to reach anyone. I eventually used a different phone number, and someone answered. I was told that the room had not been cleaned yet, but the call was ended shortly afterward.

I called again, and another staff member answered. I was told that the housekeeper had checked but did not see the item. I politely asked if they could please double-check, but I was told that they were very busy and that someone would call me back.

I waited for a return call, but unfortunately, I never received one. It has now been the next day, and I am still waiting for an update.

I understand that the hotel may be busy, but I would really appreciate it if someone could please look into this matter and provide me with an update regarding my missing item.

Thank you for your time and assistance. I hope this can be resolved soon.

Pros:

La chambre est grande avec une pièce chambre et un autre salon/cuisine équippé. Il y a une buanderie et c'est très facile de faire une machine et un sèche-linge (avec des pièces de 1$). Le petit déjeuner est bon et la salle grande et lumineuse. L'hôtel possède tous les équipements dont nous avions besoin (il y a aussi une piscine de taille raisonnable et une salle de sport).

Cons:

Un ascenseur était en panne et le deuxième a cessé de fonctionner par moment. Il y avait donc souvent de l'attente pour prendre l'ascenseur et nous n'avons pas toujours eu le courage de monter à pied les 8 étages jusqu'à notre chambre.
