Nice and clean hotel. With a swimming pool - very welcome after HCMC's heat!
In a small side street from a big road, so very calm in HCMC terms.
Staff was ok, but you notice the difference with a homestay.
No possibility for breakfast or so.

Lokalizacja, Trochę daleko od Centrum, ale można wziąć Graba i przez 15-20 min dojechać do głównych atrakcji. Hotel ogólnie mi się podobał i poleciłbym go.

I loved this property. It was clean and the staff were so friendly. For the price, it’s excellent and would recommend this spot to anyone.
It is located in alleyway walk from the main road which really just cuts out of the noise. It was such a peaceful and quiet stay in Saigon, especially near my homie. The room is modern, spacious and clean, equipped with a kitchenette for a simple cooking. The villa got a tiny pool outside and also with a seating area for relaxing. To be honest, we couldn't ask for more. Coz some people said that it's hard to be found... Between the restaurant Phuong Nam and the Circle K have a alley 298, you guys walk into 2 mins and see the M village first, then you turn right next to it is Terracotta Villa. Both of them, we stayed in, but we absolutely liked it here than for some reasons above.
When we arrived at the property we had issues with paying the Grab driver, as our card had not synced with the app. The staff immediately paid the driver cash without hesitation. The staff were helpful, kind and happy!
The property was very clean, the pool was a godsend for cooling down. It felt like a haven being far enough from the main road so it is very quiet. It is also very secure. We didn’t use the laundry facilities but they are available.
Location wise it is not central but that was our decision. It is not touristy at all. It is very close to a local restaurant which we used a couple of times. We walked to District 1 sometimes and used Grab to come back. The walk allowed us to hone our road crossing skills!!!
Overall it was a great start to our first time in Vietnam, we would recommend staying at Terracotta Villa without hesitation.

The room is spacious. Bed is comfy. I checked in early (around 12:30) and the staff accomodated it with no issue.
My room is on the ground floor, next to the check-in counter. I can hear people talking outside the room. The area under the stairs (next to the entrance to the room) is a big messy with the cleaning supplies.
This hotel is great and definitely worth the stay.
It is my first time traveling to Vietnam. The city is very busy with lots of overwhelming aspects. But the hotel is the closest I have felt to home.
With very friendly staff and management who are always eager to help with any questions. I can never walk past without a receiving a big heart warming smile.
It is situated a short walk from the main road which really just cuts out the noise and pollution from the traffic giving you a place of paradise in what is a crazy city.

There is nothing I could like about this place. The room is small, noisy, especially bed was uncomfortable! The pillows are too thin and soft to sleep, same goes for blanket. They didn't even have a guest robe either. The staff also not very useful and supportive. The villa is also hard to get to and located in a small alley. Don't hope to find food around here. Don't waste your time and money for this experience!
