Pros:

Perfect location! Steps to the Royal Mile. Friendly staff greeted us every time we entered the lobby. Small but comfortable room with nice coffee and snacks. Highly recommend.

Cons:

Size of room. Not a lot of room for our luggage.

Excellent location, at the city center off the Royal Mile and close Edinburgh's castle
Pros:

The hotel is in excellent location, right of the royal mile, and close to Edinburgh's castle and Princes St. The staff is very nice, and the breakfast dining area is open to eat at after breakfast time with access to juices.

Cons:

The lift doesn't reach the 6th floor; we had to carry our bags using the stairs.

Bardzo pozytywny pobyt w dobrze usytuowanym hotelu na Starym Mieście.
Pros:

Lokalizacja i obsługa świetna, byłam szczególnie zadowolona z bliskości obiektu do starówki;
Bardzo zadowolił mnie cichy pokój od strony małej alejki. Dobrym dodatkiem jest kącik z czajnikiem, darmową kawą i herbatą w pokoju. Mile zaskoczyła mnie możliwość porannej kawy/herbaty w cenie pokoju, na sali śniadaniowej na parterze budynku hotelowego.

Pros:

The location is perfect, right between grassmarket and princes st.
Also near the train station.
Lovely room with everything we needed.

Cons:

The complimentary milk was left out on the counter, despite there being a mini fridge in the room. It didn't tast great in the tea.
Everything else was great.

La ubicación es absolutamente perfecta. Te caes de la cama y estás en el corazón de la Royal Mile y a 2 minutos del Castillo de Edimburgo. Muy buen desayuno tipo buffet. Habitación amplia y cama cómoda. Muy buena insonorización.

Overall we loved staying there as the location is perfect ‘ walkable to everything in old town. Staff was very attentive

Location is excellent. Love the laundry feature. Staff is friendly

Cons:

The rooms are a little run down. Don’t offer room service e eryday unless you ask. Breakfast options are very limited & don’t serve any hot breakfast.

The front desk staff and location make this an unbeatable choice.
Pros:

This location was fabulous, literally steps from the main church and meet ups for all our tours. It was also great to have laundry facilities after coming from another city.

Cons:

It seemed like cleaners did come to our room but they cleaned the bath but did not make up the bed or give us fresh towels. We did leave the towels on the bed because we rushed out to go on a tour but it seemed to strange to clean the bathroom but not replenish supplies.
