Location, quick communications

Cons:

Booked a room that CLEARLY did not state it was on the high floor. So I asked for "ground floor if possible as for person who have troubles walking long distance or climbing stairs. Do you also have a wheelchair that we can use?"
Got a message that it was approved.
Then got another message that "Please be inform that all the rooms are assign on top floor which will be at 1st or 2nd floor."
Assume 1st floor, ok, that is fine. Then got another message that 1st floor is booked.
When I got there, was told that we got the 2nd floor, no lifts. My mum who requires a wheelchair needs to climb up to the 2nd floor!!!! But if we pay extra RM$50 per night, we can get first floor, which we were told was fully booked. No choice but to pay the RM$150 for 3 nights stay so my mum do not have to climb to 2nd floor.
We have 2 person, but only provided 1 key and when asked for 2nd key, said ask the reception and they will open the door. Where is the privacy in that?

Very disappointing stay. The room was in terrible condition. The bed sheets were dusty and clearly not cleaned properly. There was no blanket provided for sleeping, which is basic for any hotel. No water bottle was available in the room. The curtains were full of dust, making the room feel unhygienic. The place was extremely noisy, making it hard to rest. The washroom was very small, poorly maintained, and in bad condition. Overall, this hotel does not meet even minimum hospitality standards. I would not recommend it to anyone.
