Excellent séjour dans un endroit magnifique et des hôtes très sympathiques !
Pros:

L'emplacement est exceptionnel et l'appartement très bien avec une jolie terrasse (non privative)

Cons:

L'alèse de lit imperméable qui fait beaucoup transpirer
La terrasse non privative, dépend donc de la discrétion et sympathie des colocataires (nous n'avons pas eu de souci)

Contesto e appartamento deliziosi. Silenzio e immersione nella natura a 5 min da una delle spiagge più belle. Riservatezza. Host disponibili ad ogni nostra richiesta. Posto auto interno. Possibilità di mangiare fuori. Tutto perfetto. Pulizia impeccabile. Servizi a pochi minuti. Top! Difficile andare via.

Un séjour de qualité avec un accès facile en 2 roues ou en voiture des plages de La Maddalena et surtout de Caprera.
Pros:

L'appartement dans lequel nous logions était très agréable avec notamment une belle terrasse donnant sur un jardin un peu sauvage mais avec du charme. Plusieurs grands pins parasol apportent un bel agrément. Le quartier environnant est moyen mais proche d'un petit supermarché et surtout du pont qui permet d'aller sur la très belle île de Caprera.

Tout était parfait! Le lieu est superbe, construction et décoration sont faites avec beaucoup de goût, la literie est top, la salle de bain très confortable, tout était TRÈS PROPRE. L'accueil chaleureux de Guglielmo. Nous étions deux couples, chacun dans un appartement. Nous avons très envie de revenir l'année prochaine.

Tutto era perfetto! Il posto è superbo, la costruzione e la decorazione sono fatte con molto gusto, la biancheria da letto è di alto livello, il bagno molto confortevole, tutto era MOLTO PULITO. Il caloroso benvenuto di Guglielmo. Eravamo due coppie, ognuna in un appartamento. Vogliamo davvero tornare l'anno prossimo.

Accogliente e ottima posizione
Pros:

Struttura appena ristrutturata, proprietari gentili e disponibili, ottima posizione, posteggio a disposizione, cancello che chiude la struttura.
La presenza dell’aria condizionata é utile.

Cons:

Manca la tv, posizione dell’appartamento un po’ rumorosa, e presenza di umidità.

Todo estuvo perfecto! La comodidad, el trato y la cercanía de los Sres era muy atento!. La ubicación estaba cerca de todo y prima la tranquilidad. Sin duda volveríamos!!!

Pros:

Really nice place. Nicely furnished, super clean, and spacious apartment. The bed was very comfortable. The location was quiet, near some incredible beaches and the bridge to Caprera. I wish we had stayed longer.
