Large and very comfy apartment in a great location, but needs better hot water service
Pros:

It was a large well-lit apartment in a very fine location, near the Opera House, Panfalov Park, and countless restaurants. The apartment looks out on a lovely pedestrian walkway and park, but it was never noisy. Generally it was easy dealing with management which took care of our needs. The kitchen was good with everything we needed and the compact but well-appointed bathroom included a good washing machine. The living room was very comfortable and the beds were excellent for sleeping.

Cons:

Main problem was that the water in the morning either took an eternity to warm up or never did. We had to take too many cold showers. The manager said just to run the water but that didn't work, so they said they would try to fix the problem. A couple of minor issues were an worn pan that should be replaced and a kitchen faucet without a nozzle to control the flow. And the windows could use blackout curtains to block the early morning light directly into the apartment.

Excellent accomodation. Modern, well appointed and extremely comfortable. We felt hugely supported by staff who were always on hand to provide whatever help and information was needed. WiFi service was excellent. Would highly recommend. Fantastic - thank you!

The best option to stay if you would like to explore the city and chill for few days.
Pros:

As a traveler who is not familiar with the city, the location was really the best to walk around. Very clean apartment and the complex was interesting to experience the everyday local life of Ammaty,s people.
