Intensyvi, su tam tikrais iššūkiais, bet įdomi savaitė Zygene
Pros:

Labai gerai išplanuotas, erdvus ir šviesus kambarys su visa reikalinga buitine įranga norint pasigaminti valgyti viešbutyje. Labai geras kambario apšvietimas, puiki garso izoliacija (šalia traukinių stoties, bet visiškai jokio triukšmo). Šalia viešbučio keli nedideli prekybos centrai, daug kavinių ir restoranų. Nenorint gam,inti patiems, pusryčius galima pavalgyti gretimose kavinėse.

Cons:

Atvykimas ir išvykimas. Atvykstant būtų gerai gauti bent jau išorinių durų kodą elektroniniu laišku iš anksto. Vėlai vakare reikėjo skambinti prie durų telefonu budinčiam, kad jis padiktuotų lauko durų kodą.
Kambario kodui gauti reikėjo jau užsiregistruoti savarankiškai viduje žemutiniame aukšte. Vyresniam žmogui tai šiek tiek sudėtinga. Kodai ir instrukcija kaip patekti galėtų būti atsiųsti iš anksto.
Išsiregistruojant irgi buvo problemų, nes išsiregistruoti reikėjo per QR kodą. Ten buvo neskladumų atpažįstant mano pavardę. Be to, nebuvo galimybės palikti lagaminų viešbutyje pasaugojimui iki išvykimo. 11.00 val. reikia palikti ne tik kambarį, bet ir viešbutį.
Galima sakyti, kad šiame viešbutyje viskas valdoma per atstumą. Registratūroje žmogaus beveik nebuvo. Kambarius irgi tvarkėmės patys (nors man tai ne problema).

Good facilities but really bad support and instructions

Entrance and check-in during weekend is too complicated. They did not provide you with details on how to enter and how to do the check in and where. We had to wait outside in the cold for almost half an hour until enter the door. Then another struggle to do the check in with the machine that is hidden in a corner. Then they provide you with two different passcodes and you don’t know which is used where. Finally reception is not open according to the schedule provided online. Especially after 4pm they disappear and on Friday they didn’t even appear at all. Last thing, two times one of the mid doors were locked and we couldn’t open it. We called the remote reception and they told us that they know about this problem but they haven’t fixed it yet.

Nemohu hodnotit personál, v sobotu tam není.
Pros:

Lokalita dobrá, snídaně měla být mimo hotel, ale nějak to nezafungovalo.

Cons:

Netekla teplá voda .

Pros:

Das Appartment war sehr geräumig. Alles war neu und in sehr gutem Zustand.

Cons:

Die Eincheck-Prozedur, nur online, keine Rezeption für Fragen, Zimmerkarte erschien nicht, wie im Autormat angegeben.
