We loved our stay and would definitely come back
Pros:

Fantastic location, just a very short walk away from everything. The staff were super friendly, helpful and go above and beyond with the little extra touches.

Tolle Lage
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage, ist sehr sauber und die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich. Wir würden für einen nächsten Städte-Trip wieder kommen!

Cons:

Da wir als Freundesgruppe gereist sind, fehlte uns etwas ein gemeinsamer Aufenthaltsraum oder Tisch ausserhalb der Schlafzimmer. Für einen Kurz-Trip aber auch kein grosses Problem für uns.

Muy recomendable
Pros:

Muy buen alojamiento, el personal es muy amable y mus predispuesto a todo. Atentos a cualquier cosa que les pides, les pedimos dejar las maletas después del check out e incluso nos recogieron las maletas de la habitación y las guardaron en recepción. Pedimos un cambio de camas y lo hicieron sin problema y muy rápido.

Cons:

Lo único a destacar menos bueno es que el gel del baño estaba descargado y no lo cargaron en el tiempo.

Great location, friendly communication and suitable for a family
Pros:

Chris was easy going and good at communicating via what’s app. Great location. Great to have two rooms together. Chris kindly let us leave our bag in the house after check out so we could enjoy the sights without carrying it

Cons:

Could have been cleaner- ie top of bathroom cabinet had hair and an old wall plug on and given its eye height it was a bit off putting. The carpets felt old and dirty and a rug instead of off cut of carpet would have been better at foot of bed. Dirty ripped draught excluder. Cushions shoved in gaps above garden door.
It was odd because care and attention had been given to some aspects of the interior such as pictures,ornaments and cushions and throws on beds but then the other things mentioned previously let it down.

Really enjoyed our stay here, was comfortable & clean and relaxed. Very central location, and lots of nice cafes abo
Pros:

Very central location, everything was in walking distance , I liked the service from the owner allowing early entrance to us , this was amazing and very kind of her .

Cons:

(Nothing really ) although the Building got quite cold later on into the evening especially the bathroom & my bedroom with the exit door in my room, this had a cold draft come through . Would definitely recommend the radiators be kept on before arriving guests , to heat the property’s rooms , but apart from that it was a perfect stay

Beautiful & comfortable
Pros:

The Broughton is a lovely place to stay. We found Chris to be very friendly and gave great suggestions of places to go. Ideal location.

Fabulous!! Will definitely be back and would 100% recommend!!
Pros:

What I really liked about the property was its unique decor and the clear attention to detail throughout the space. It felt thoughtfully designed rather than generic. The property was also very comfortable and inviting. On top of that, the location was a major plus — convenient and well-situated, which adds a lot of overall appeal.

Great location, great host & really looked after! Really cosy property for the night. Despite being close to the city centre you didn’t hear the noise!
