Pros:

la colazione stupenda, camere molto confortevoli, non mancava nulla, personale molto professionale e disponibile. tornerei in cina solo per andare a dormire li. il rapporto qualità/prezzo molto vantaggioso

Cons:

la porta che separa il bagno dalla zona notte era molto impolverata, ma per il resto tutto eccellente

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful! In particular, Krystal Dai provided outstanding service!
Pros:

Excellent interior design, with stunning views of the Yellow River. The natural landscape, architecture, and surrounding mountains create a truly breathtaking setting.

Cons:

The restaurants primarily offer Chinese cuisine. It would be great if they added some Western options for more variety and to cater to international guests.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel, incredible contemporary design throughout, very chic and really comfortable and luxurious. Rooms were outstanding - with lots of luxury details like excellent coffee and tea making facilities, bose speakers, toto toilets, enormous and powerful showers, top end bed linen, etc. Wonderful views across Lanzhou. The breakfast was truly outstanding. The spa was excellent. The location perfect.

Cons:

Service of the staff needs improvement and at this level, reception staff really need to speak better English. Please remove the rule to wear bathing hats in the pool - it is embarrassing to ask customers to pay for hats at a hotel of this level

Very nice overall, will surely come back!
Pros:

Great location with a delicious famous noodle place 2-min walking distance, bonus! Very nice and helpful staff, reasonable cost, super clean with great view on the 38th floor, a Bose speaker on the bed table really made my mornings. Enjoyed my 2 nights' stay very much.

Cons:

Would have been better if tissues are not just in the bathroom, an available power point even when we are out. But not a biggy really.

Absolutely perfect and would definitely return.
Pros:

The room was a beautiful corner room with the most amazing view over the city. Everything felt very new.
The staff were super helpful, arranging a driver to take us to Labrang, giving us a packed breakfast for our early train.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.
