Cons:

A reggeli nagyon gyenge volt, a szobában sok kis apró hamgyaféle az ágyban,a gyík a szobában is szaladgált, mert túl nagy rések voltak a terasz ajtón. Nem volt tévé a szobában,pedig már 13 szállodát próbáltam,de csak itt nem volt tv.

Incredible staff, rooms...meh.
Pros:

The great thing about this hotel is the staff. They are extremely friendly and are so so kind. The hotel also provides a training ground for other Cambodian people who are fresh out of school and need to gain experience. From that perspective I will support this hotel any day. Bong Dara and his team really made our stay extremely good purely based on their care and help. The facilities need to be upgraded to match the amazing staff. Because they really are fabulous. The facilities are also nice, there are multiple pools and places you can relax around the various buildings.

Cons:

The room was not as shown in the pictures. The buildings are separated from each other and each one has different standards than what is advertised. The air-conditioners need to be cleaned. The rooms are sub standard, mattresses not great and pillows not comfortable. Breakfast sub par, but not too bad. Variety and selection was ok. There are no toiletry kits in the rooms, so be sure to bring everything with you.

Great experience.
Pros:

Perfect location just behind the river with fantastic restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff were wonderful. I was in the back building so had a lot of privacy and the pool to myself most of the time. I liked it so much I extended my stay for two weeks. Will definitely return the next time I’m in Siem Reap.

Great central location
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. I found out early that it's a young training hotel, the pool is great for cooling off, drinks and meal were great.

Tuve una experiencia excelente en Golden Banana. Desde el primer momento me hicieron sentir muy bienvenido y seguro. Incluso me recogieron del aeropuerto, lo cual fue de gran ayuda después del viaje y mostró la atención que tienen con sus huéspedes.

Pros:

Good location in siem reap, staff are excellent and gave us good recommendations for tours etc. The room was excellent although the aircon didn’t work properly but it still blew out cold air! Short walk to pub street and restaurants

Buena antencion, ubicación y calidad/precio
Pros:

Me gusto mucho la ubicación, el desayuno incluido estaba muy bueno y la habitación era bastante amplia y cómoda, a pesar de que se ve que las instalaciones están algo viejas tienen buen mantenimiento, el personal lo mejor muy amables y atentos.

Cons:

No me gusto que en una de las piscinas se veía el agua verde y que las almohadas esa muy altas.

I appreciate to Golden Banana Residence for my accomodation there. I've been there during 12 days and those were the happiest 🌺 . Thanks all the staff: waiters in the restaurant, the chef (you are the best!!!), the receptionists. You have done my staying comfortable, easy and happy. I've got a nice room on the second floor with balcony. There is air conditioning, big size bed, bathroom, everything you need. The territory of the hotel is greenish, there are many kinds of plants and flowers. The main point of the hotel are the people. Thank you my dear Banana Residence 🙏🦋

Une perle au coeur d'une ville fascinante
Pros:

Comme pour l'année dernière, nous avons adoré notre séjour à cette résidence: accueil hyper chaleureux de la part de Monsieur Sim qui est aux petits soins, personnel attentionné qui s'assure de notre confort, chambre propre au calme avec une superbe terrasse et vue sur la piscine, petit déjeuner copieux. Et que dire de l'emplacement de cet établissement qui est idéal, au coeur de l'action mais au calme. Un rapport qualité prix imbattable.

Rien tout était parfait. Nous y reviendrons encore et encore.
