Une perle au coeur d'une ville fascinante
Pros:

Comme pour l'année dernière, nous avons adoré notre séjour à cette résidence: accueil hyper chaleureux de la part de Monsieur Sim qui est aux petits soins, personnel attentionné qui s'assure de notre confort, chambre propre au calme avec une superbe terrasse et vue sur la piscine, petit déjeuner copieux. Et que dire de l'emplacement de cet établissement qui est idéal, au coeur de l'action mais au calme. Un rapport qualité prix imbattable.

Cons:

Rien tout était parfait. Nous y reviendrons encore et encore.

The staff were all excellent.
Really outstanding.
Just watch out for the steep steps to some of the rooms.
Otherwise superb and highly recommended by me.

Personnel hyper gentil et très serviable. Hotel très bien placé à proximité du centre du night merket. à quelques minutes des temples en tuktuk.
Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La piscine est très agréable.

Pros:

Personal war sehr nett und bemüht, ich bin trotzdem der Meinung, dass ich eigentlich ein grösseres und komfortableres Zimmer gebucht hatte- war ev. ein Versehen uns dieses kleine und ziemlich abgewohnte Zimmer gegeben zu haben. Wir hatten mit Terrasse gebucht und mind. 10qm grösser..... egal, haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt

Pros:

Super accueil du personnel qui est en formation. bravo pour leur professionnalisme !
L'accueil est vraiment très bon, personnalisé, souriant.
Chambre spacieuse et établissement vraiment calme.
Situation géographique super à 2 pas de la rivière, des nights markets.
Petit dej buffet super.

Pros:

I read quite a few bad reports about Golden Banana and even thought of cancelling. So glad that I didn’t! The staff were all so kind and friendly; they really couldn’t do enough for us. I fell over on my first day and every morning afterwards they asked how my slight injuries were. They often said that their guests were like family and that’s exactly what I felt. Don’t believe all the bad reviews you read.

Pros:

Stayed here twice and cannot recommend it enough, our room was upgraded for free the first time. Staff are so lovely and attentive. Rooms are really nice, spacious & clean with nice balconies. Breakfast is ok. 2 nice pools.

Belle promesse mais pas honorée

Le personnel est très agréable

Cons:

Vous devriez avertir qu’il y a deux bâtiments dans cet hôtel et que celui dans lequel j’étais logé est laissé quasiment à l’abandon. Pas d’accueil, aucun service à moins de se rendre à l’autre bâtiment. Le moteur de la climatisation faisait un bruit assez gênant et une ampoule de lampe de chevet ne marchait plus.

Le soir la piscine est dans l’obscurité, et à côté se trouvent un sauna et un spa qui devait fonctionner il fut un temps…
