Pros:

Terribile! Non un 4 stelle. Ci hanno informato solamente dopo il check-in di avere dei “problemi” con l’A/C che in realtà è inesistente! Colazione al di sotto di ogni aspettativa. Il personale si mette a disposizione ma ben poco riescono contro le condizioni generali di un hotel che avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione completa. Unica nota positiva il rumore inesistente e la posizione, ma farebbero meglio a catalogarsi come un 3 stelle con SPA e piscina.

Pros:

È in condizioni da necessitare una ristrutturazione generale.inoltre la cosa più importante non è dotato al momento di aria condizionata nonostante siamo a Ferragosto e la temperatura è quasi a 40°. Hanno voluto dire che avevano avvisato di questa mancanza ma credo che non sia sufficiente avvisare, ma deve essere fatto notare in maniera superlativa.

Left after 30 minutes, no refund.
Pros:

Rooms were very hot and I mean terribly hot, no real balcony, just closed ones but you can open a window at the balcony, restaurant closed so no service, we arrived at 18:00, spa closed, we checked in and left 30 minutes later.
Lost my money, got a lesson in reading the reviews better, the name tricked us, wellness and spa, 4 stars🤣. We had two rooms☹️
