A Quiet, Comfortable and Friendly Stay
Pros:

Great location near the center of the town and close to the night market. The staff is so friendly and accommodating and the breakfast is very tasty in morning. A great stay in Luang Prabang

Overpriced for the quality offered and not deserving of its “very good” rating.
Pros:

The guesthouse is generally nice but we really don’t understand the good rating. The location is pleasant, and the staff were friendly and tried their best to help but hardly talk any English.

Cons:

We honestly do not understand why this property is rated as “very good.” The rooms were very humid and had a noticeable moldy smell. The towels smelled like smoke and had an unpleasant odor after being used once. The breakfast is very basic (No proper coffee or milk, only cheap instant products. For that price, you would expect more)! In addition, the staff speak very little English, which made communication and bookings somewhat difficult.

Perfect location - would stay again.
Pros:

Perfect location, beautiful road. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Beds very comfy, fridge in room is convenient. Clean. Spacious.

Cons:

The bathroom/ drains smelt strong.
Mugs provided in the room were dirty.
WiFi doesn’t work very well at all.

Love Luang Prabang, love this guesthouse
Pros:

Excellent location on edge of old town, in small quiet side street two minutes walk to the river. Very clean, well-designed rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

Pros:

The guest house is humble but has everything you need. All the staff are very friendly, the breakfast is lovely, and the location is spot on. I must especially mention Noy, who helped me organise train tickets and assisted with many other queries — he was always available and happy to help.

Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, and it is in a great location. Breakfast was really lovely and the staff were friendly and attentive. We’d like to thank the owner as he booked us a last minute trip to the Kuang Si Waterfall and also helped us when our train tickets got cancelled! Thank you for all your help. I’d recommend staying here, it’s comfortable and has everything you need!

Cons:

The shower could have been hotter but really it was fine.
