Room is small and not clean, the whole facility is a mess, bottles and bedsheets all over the hallways. Toilet and shower are not clean and tidy. I don’t know how u people rate this is 4 stars hotel?

Close to Jiuzhaigou entry . 15-20 minutes walk next to the river. It also close to tour bus pick up and drop off point. We have three weeks holiday in China. So the washer and dryer is great for us

The hotel is located in Bien Bien Street, the taxi driver has difficulty to figure out Chinese name of the hotel, NO jiuzhai cloudy hotel even checked in the hotel where my reservation is register. the hotel location is 3 km from the Jiuzhaigou national park. The staff are friendly, the room is simply furnished, adequately provide water with breakfast.
