Pros:

Bon emplacement, à même pas 5min à pied du métro. Équipements de qualité notamment la machine à laver le linge dans la chambre. Le personnel est très gentil

Cons:

La température dans la chambre était un peu trop élevée pour moi. La salle de bain est toute petite

It was okay.
Pros:

Even in the basement the room was spacious and clean. Everything is self service and there is no need to communicate with the staff (it is indeed feel like your own residence). It is close to Jongno-3-ga exit No.5 but if you are traveling to Line 1 for Seoul station, you will have to walk 15-20min.

Cons:

The room in the basement was noisy, the sound of waste water from the room above was so loud to the extend that it is difficult to sleep at night (not to mention that it sounds like the water from the above toilet). The guests from the room next door (or maybe from the street outside) were super noisy at 1-2AM in the morning as well. The street around the residence is dirty because it’s the bar/pub/drinking street so solo female traveler might feel a bit scary at late night.

Pros:

Great location right in the middle of the busy neighborhood. And not far away from the bus and train stations. Not very big room but Facilities are great and well maintained. Staff were very attentive and responded to problems very quickly.

Cons:

Noises coming from other guests outside the room in the middle of the night.

Cons:

No lift. The waterstation on 2nd floor didnt work. Had to go down all the way to the basement.

Pros:

Good location, metro Line 1, 3, 5 and bus stops were near by. The staff were nice.
Would recommend, everything is easy to use

Cons:

We were on the main floor, so our room used to get really hot and humid from the central ground heating and humidity coming from the bathroom, so it lacked manual heating controller.
