Хороший отель, но не в старом городе.
Pros:

Персонал приветливый. Балкон с видом на храм прекрасен!

Cons:

Ресторана в отеле нет, но есть за углом буквально. Очень дорогой (в 2,5 раза дороже чем большинство ресторанов в Тбилиси). До старого города пешком минут 15 минимум.

Pros:

В целом обслуживание в отеле хорошее, каждый день убирали в номере, меняли каждый день белье и полотенца. В номере чисто, аккуратно. Завтраки были вкусные, не большой выбор, но самое основное было. Расположение отеля хорошее, все в пешой достпуности.

Cons:

Не понравился район раположения, находится в старом городе, вокруг заброшенные, старые, разрушенные здания, много мусора. Также не понравился персонал, грубые, постоянно делали нам замечания: дверью не хлопайте, не разговаривайте громко и тд. Сидим завтракаем к 9 ч., при этом разговариваем, приходят и говорят, что разбудили весь отель. В конце уже появилась фобия: не громко ли мы закрывали дверью. Также разочаровало, что не работает терраса, когда бронировали отель, думали, что будем сидеть на террасе и лицезреть понарому города. В целом решили для себя, больше не снимать такие маленькие бутик отели.

Pros:

Расположение отеля очень удачное, все близко.
Персонал очень приветливый, отзывчивый, всегда готов помочь. В номере изумительно чисто, полотенца меняют ежедневно. Подушки и матрас выше всяких похвал.

Душевно, мило, отлично!
Pros:

Великолепный отель! Радушные хозяева и Мадлена!
Несмотря на то, что мы попали в дни скорби и прощания с патриархом Всея Грузии, хозяева сделали все, чтобы наш отдых прошел чудесно!
Завтраки потрясающие!
Очень хочется вернуться в этот отель снова!

Great and beutifiul stay in Tbilisi
Pros:

We had a really nice stay in this hotel. It´s really well located and everyone in the hotel were really nice and friendly. Simple but really good breakfast and really nice and comfotable beds and pillows for a proper rest.

Cons:

Everything was OK. Maybe a small chair/table in the bathrooms to leave the toiletry bag as there is no too much space to leave things.

Great customer service
Pros:

The breakfast had good options and was hearty. The room was clean and comfortable.
The staff went above and beyond in looking after me and called a doctor when I got very sick after eating at a nearby vegan place.

Cons:

I wish they had a restaurant or a cafe in house.
