Estremamente piacevole
Pros:

Appartamento ampio e luminosa con vista sul porto. Dal terrazzo si vede il tramonto. Pulito e funzionale con cucina, frigo e congelatore.
La piscina interna riscaldata e l'idromassaggio.
L'accoglienza cortese e disponibile.
Il parcheggio sotterraneo.

La vicinanza ai binari del treno che rendono il soggiorno meno tranquillo

C’était vraiment super ! Valentina et Elena ont était adorables le logement était parfait, très propre, la piscine chauffée un plus pour se détendre après de longues heures de route nous y reviendrons à l’occasion pour notre prochain passage en Italie ☺️

Pros:

L'établissement est très bien situé. Proche de tout, mer, magasins, gare...
La direction est extrêmement sympathique et attentive à toute demande. La résidence est très belle, aussi bien de l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur qui est très chaleureux. Le parking est précieux.

Extra helpful staff, wonderful terrace with sea view (even if our first floor suite is slightly hampered by the boats on the marina ). Really big living room with well equipped, if slightly dated kitchenette. The pool and hot tub were amazing. I would say that the photos provided by the structure are definitely accurate.
The bed was really comfortable as was the sofa bed my daughter slept on.
Highly recommended.

Struttura eccellente per un soggiorno romantico fuori stagione.
Pros:

Conoscevo già questa struttura, ci ritorno sempre più che volentieri per la posizione fronte porto, la gentilezza e la cortesia dello staff, le dimensioni della camera, l'ottimo stato della cucina... e potrei continuare.
L'upgrade gratuito della camera a suite vista mare ha dato un ottimo contributo alla valutazione.

Cons:

Migliorerei la chiusura della porta, che è scatto (si apre con chiave elettronica) ma ha troppo gioco quando è chiusa, per cui quando passa qualcuno nel corridoio lo spostamento d'aria la fa muovere creando un fastidioso "tac" contro lo stipite.

Pros:

Tutto bellissimo con il plus di una piscina riscaldata e un idromassaggio a disposizione.
Staff gentilissimo. Posizione fantastica.
Appartamenti ampi con una terrazza fronte mare. Siamo stati fuori stagione e tutto è ancora piú godibile
