I stayed at the hotel only for a night, came in the evening and left early in the morning. In general it was fine. Room was pretty clean, bed was ok. Staff is suppportive . Especially I want to mention Mr. Manoj Kumar. He helped me with booking for my futher travelling. And special thanks to Sandeep, who early in the morning accompanied me to the bus station. It was really big deal.
There is a thing that I think is important to know beforehand. Hotel is located on the road where cars are prohibited to enter. So my taxi driver dropped me off some distance away from the hotel and I was confused where to go. Also when I needed a taxi in the morning people from hotel hired a tuk- tuk from the nearby riksha stand. So if you are not alone or with big suitcases keep this in mind. Also hotel is very close to railway station. On one hamd it's comfortable if you travel by train, but on the other hand noise from outside doesn't let you sleep well.
All these bad experiences is because of the location mentioned. The address is mentioned in Thane east, where we tried finding hotel for almost 1 hour, after which I Emailed them to call me, because no number was mentioned.. I got a call after 1 hour and the hotel person gave me some different address that also in Thane West, completely opposite, that too with different name.we were so completely exhausted that we cancelled the booking and went back from the trip.I requesy team to please provide correct locations at least to these sites.we are not fools to do early reservations and suffer like this.
Hotel name is DREAM INN. Why it is listed as Diamora residency, I do not know? CHANGE IT IMMIDIATELLY. Great difficulty in finding the place. In morning I learnt that both are same from small display board.

They don't change pillow covers and bedsheet, untill you tell them to. Previous customer left over, smelly, dusty.
