WORST EXPERIENCE : THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THIS PROPERTY OWNER ON ARRIVAL , WE HAVE WAITED FOR LONG TIME AND TRY TO GET OTHER PROPERTY FOR STAY , BEWARE OF FRAUD HOTEL LIKE THIS . WE HAVE PAID ADVANCE AMOUNT OF RS. 5031/- AS BOOKING THROUGH BOOKING ID BUTGMH ON 20 FEB 2025 TO FABHOTEL IMPERAIL HOUSE. INSPITE OF REQUEST BOOKING.COM IS NOT RESPONDING .

Nothing.

Cons:

Got pressured before arriving to make a payment or lose the booking after an untold amount of messages/emails. I made full payment. After arriving there, too dusty has building work was carried out in the vicinity and and 2 of the guests are asmatic and had to book another hotel and lost the full payment i had made for this hotel.

I personally had a lot of difficulty to reach the destination due to poor direction provided.

Cons:

GPS negativion takes to a different location. No proper road to the hotel. Very high price. There was no tea or coffee facility, breakfast very basic served at 9 am. Bathroom in run down condition. No toilet paper, hole in the bathroom wall with direct outside view. AC didn’t cool the room at all. Power switch of the toilet was outside the room in public area and many more no name here.

It's close proximity to the sangam river where all the devotees had to gather for the holy dip in water.

Cons:

Everything. There was no staff at the reception upon arrival. We arrived well after our check in time yet the room was not ready and were made to wait. The property is not maintained at a hygienic standards. There were cockroaches in the room. The walls of the room were so thin that we could clearly hear the conversation of the next room. As a result of the noise, could not get sleep in the night.
Payed an exhorbitant price for the room but zero value for the money spent. It was very obvious that spiritual occasion was fully exploited by the facility management.

Worst hotel ever stayed
Pros:

One of the worst hotel I have stayed. Booked through booking.com. Based on booking.com, payment was supposed to be handled by the property when you arrive. But received email from the hotel to pay prior to that. Otherwise, will be cancelled. Contacting the hotel was another nightmare. I paid using a link that was sent. When we reached the hotel, one of the least hygienic place I have stayed. Bathroom faucets were rusted. Mattress was like a wood. Wardrobe was dirty with rubbish inside. Looks like never cleaned. Blankets and sheet were stained. No towel or amenities provided. If FabHotel plans to be a proper hotel chain, they need to buckle up. It's a disaster.

Pros:

Load mosquitoes, lizards in both rooms we booked. 1 handle came off in the guest hand whilst turning the water on in the bathroom. Pictures advertised on Booking.com matched the rooms, but it looks like the advertised pics were taken when originally the rooms were decorated few years earlier. CLEANS ROOMS AND BATHROOMS? Absolutely filthy

WE BOOKED FOR 3 NIGHTS AND PAID IN FULL BUT AFTER LOOKING AT THE DIRTY, FILTHY ROOMS WE LEFT WITHOUT

It is opposite to what it shows on photos, total unclean, looks poor finish, bathroom unclean.

Cons:

Everything, charge for extra bed was 2500/-
He charged us the extra person for no reason didn't even gave us extra bed, at the end after heavy argument he gave us back our extra charge for bed, no cleanliness, there was food in lobby, all types of garbage stored at lobby, cleaned after morning.i have more to write but no time to write
