Great option for a city break in Verona
Pros:

Great location, close to the railway station and to the main city attractions.
The rooms are big enough and clean and so is the bathroom. Check-in instructions are clear and are the check-out there is the possibility of storing the luggage if needed.

Cons:

There are few options for grocery stores close to the accommodation.

Pros:

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with your customer service and the way you treat your guests.

I contacted you a day in advance to ask if it would be possible to check in earlier, but I ended up having to spend half the day outside. I also asked if I could check out a little later, but you refused that request as well.

The shower was broken, and water was spraying everywhere

I believe good customer service means being understanding and taking guests’ needs into consideration whenever possible, rather than simply following standard rules without any flexibility.

On top of that, the room was extremely cold. I spent the entire night freezing and couldn’t even turn on the heating. This is completely unacceptable for a paying guest who expects a comfortable place to rest.

Overall, my experience with your hotel has been very disappointing and far below my expectations. I believe you should pay more attention to your guests’ comfort and individual needs. I hope you take this complaint seriously and consider offering appropriate compensation for this unpleasant experience.

A suitable place to stay.
Pros:

Comfortable and near the old town, particularly the castle. Clean. Quiet street.

Cons:

Kettle and coffee maker provided but only two paper cups and one paper espresso cup; so, not really enough for two people and for more than one night/ drink. Proper cups would have been better. No access provided to leave cases before scheduled release of key code and no reply to question asking if access to leave cases was possible.
