Pros:

Breakfast was good, staff super helpful esp Mr Krunal and one person at the door.

Cons:

when I asked about upgrade they suggested the club floor and didn’t mention that actually the club lounge was shifted and shut

Pros:

The room was good and comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel seriously need to improve the communication. For my stay, they missed to send the airport transfer, and for the foreign traveler like me, safety is an issue.

Pros:

Had a very pleasant stay. The staff were polite, courteous, and provided excellent hospitality throughout. The in-room dining was great, and the breakfast offered an excellent variety of options. Special thanks to Shiv for his warm hospitality and outstanding service. Highly recommended

Horrible stay and Bill fraud-inflated bill on checkout-Would never visit again!!!

Bill Fraud!!!I was told at the beginning of my stay that I would have a 50 percent discount(i had confirmed with the receptionist that it was 50 not 15 percent and that i had heard correctly during check-in) on spa and 30 percent on any food items.However on checkout I was informed that the discount was 15 percent on Spa and 20 percent on food.
I was shocked as I had a Spa session on my first day due to a sprain in my foot which needed a massage.I also ordered a in-room dining on one occasion during my stay.
Thankfully i did not order any more else the difference in the bill would be massive.
I then proceeded to explain to them what was promised but they would not budge or honour the discount which was offered on check-in.
I then looked into my Booking.com email which clearly stated that there would be a 20 percent discount on Spa and 30 percent on food.
They reluctantly offered this as it was in writing.I was shocked and taken aback as I did not expect this bill fraud.The reception at checkout were horrible and not helpful at all and very rude.
I have the bills as proof of the inflated charges which were then reduced after i showed them the Booking.com email.
It is very unprofessional to offer a false discount only to fleece customers at the checkout who have no option but to pay

It was a wonderful stay. Nearby to the places to visit.
