Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad — When a Premium Brand Fails to Deliver Basic Service
Cons:

Deeply disappointed by my stay at Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad. The staff was unresponsive and inefficient throughout. It was impossible to obtain an invoice by email during my stay — when I finally received a link, it didn't even work. I waited 35 minutes for a taxi that never came and had to book an Uber myself. To make matters worse, I forgot a personal belonging (a belt) and was forced to return to the hotel before heading to the airport, causing unnecessary stress before my flight. For a Hyatt property, this level of service is simply unacceptable. Furthermore, The breakfast room was overcrowded with absolutely no queue management — I waited 15 minutes just to be seated. In all my travels, I have never experienced this at a Hyatt property. Truly disappointing.
