Pros:

Everything, but more than that the friendly helpful nature of the staff. To elucidate, I fell and fractured my ankle on a excursion outside of the hotel and when I arrived back and the staff saw my predicament, they went out of their way to help me and ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Can't thank them enough.

The breakfast experience was truly fantastic. What set it apart was not just the variety, but the thoughtful orientation provided, it made navigating the spread easy and enjoyable. A particularly delightful touch was the staff serving fresh jalebis right at the table, which added a warm, personalized feel to the dining experience.

A special mention must go to Head Chef Neeraj Jha for his role in ensuring such detailed and consistent execution. The precision in presentation, the freshness of ingredients, and the seamless coordination across the breakfast service clearly reflected his leadership and commitment to quality. It is evident that a lot of thought and care goes into every aspect of the dining experience under his guidance.

The attention to detail in the rooms was also impressive. Everything felt well thought-out and meticulously maintained. The bathroom design deserves a special mention: the inclusion of a wooden bench was both unique and reassuring from a safety perspective, and the glass partition separating the toilet added a modern and clean aesthetic.

Cons:

There are a few areas where the experience could be improved. Communication was a challenge at times; both the front desk and room service were difficult to reach, as calls often went unanswered. Additionally, a parcel that had been dropped off for me by a pharmacist was temporarily misplaced. While it was eventually resolved by a manager who personally handed it over, the situation could have been handled more efficiently.

Another disappointing moment occurred at the ground-floor coffee shop. Despite the space being largely empty, we were asked—rather curtly—to wait in a designated waiting area that was already overcrowded. This led to an uncomfortable experience of standing and waiting unnecessarily, which didn’t quite align with the otherwise hospitable atmosphere of the hotel.

What you expect from the Hyatt. Good sized clean room with good wifi. Excellent well equipped gym

Cons:

The swimming pool as with most of the pools in India attract the pigeons. There is pigeon mess around the side of the pool and in particular in the black matting
