Its cheap but you will suffer.
Pros:

The locations is great. It had a hot water. I also had a promo price of 360 pesos per night which was good but even for this price I would not recomend anyone to stay in this place

Cons:

1. No AC and the fan was not helping.
2. Mold in the bathroom
3. Dirty walls
4. No electric outlets near bed
