Excellent all round. Great location.
Pros:

The staff were amazing, especially Mustafa who went above and beyond. I lost my Kindle and he went out of his way to return it when I came back to Istanbul. The location was walking distance to the Blue Mosque etc. and so convenient. Extremely clean and the room was beautiful.

Cons:

I loved it all.

Pros:

The accommodation was in a peaceful part of Istanbul, near Kapali carsi and tram station. Everything was clean, the service was great. Mustafa always replied to the messages and helped us a lot during our stay. The lady that cleans is so nice. We didn't take breakfast in the accommodation, but Mustafa recommended his uncle’s place where we had breakfast every morning - it was super delicious.

Pros:

Дуже чисто, кожен день прибирають і змінюють рушники. Персонал привітний і доброзичливий. Номер точнісінький як на фото. Чудове розташування!

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und relativ neu gestaltet. Es war sehr sauber! Das Personal war sehr nett, auch wenn sie nicht jederzeit direkt im Hotel waren konnte man sie telefonisch erreichen! Fußläufig hatte man alles was man brauchte. Ich würde dieses Hotel jedem weiterempfehlen

Great location, super clean and quiet inside
Pros:

We stayed for 6 nights and it was perfect!
Check in was smooth, we had room cleaned daily, tea available at the room and most important - it was so quiet.
Everything spotless clean and the stairs are not that bad as in other reviews.
We had no issues whatsoever.

Pros:

Todo, la habitación, la limpieza, el personal, la ubicación... Incluso pudimos hacer antes el check in. De los sitios donde hemos estado durmiendo estos 10 días el mejor, es donde más hemos descansado. En el resto de sitios o las camas eran muy duras o muy blandas. Estás eran ideales.

Hotel sencillo y la ubicación no es bonita
Pros:

El hotel está nuevo,es como en las fotos aunque es el único edificio reformado del barrio, los alrededores son feos

Cons:

Estuvimos cinco noches y solo nos hicieron la habitación dos días, no entiendo por qué, además casi nunca había nadie en recepción por lo que no podíamos ni pedir papel higiénico. Las almohadas muy altas e incomodas

Pros:

A very hospitable host, a beautiful room, a small balcony where it's nice to drink coffee in the morning, everything you need within walking distance

Cons:

A minor drawback is the hair dryer — the air gets very hot, and it overheats quickly (it runs for 3–5 minutes and then turns off to cool down). But for me it wasn't a problem
