It's okay
Pros:

Laundry service good and fast for an extra fee.

Cons:

I don't think the hotel corresponds to the pictures in the Booking website. It is more deteriorated. The bedroom that we stayed had problems in the shower. Also the staff could be more friendly.

Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen, auf alle Fragen wurde eingegangen ...Ich benötigte für den darauffolgenden Tag eine Fahrgelegenheit in die Berge, die Chefin war sehr bemüht und konnte schlussendlich eine Fahrt organisieren, nicht ganz billig aber wenn man bedenkt, wie die Straßen Gier sind, hat es schon gepasst! Wenn jemand einen Fahrer benötigt, in der Unterkunft nach SAID fragen!

Sehr gutes Hotel mit sauberen, gemütlichen Zimmern
Pros:

Das Hotel war für unseren Aufenthalt sehr gut, wir waren zwei Mal in Karakol und waren beide Male hier. Saubere Zimmer, gute Lage, nettes Personal, wir bekamen sogar ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade zu einem ausgesprochen tollen Zimmer, für einen super Preis! Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Pros:

The hotel is very comfortable and quite. People tries to help you. Even they do not know english they tried to reschedule my reservation.

Cons:

Hygen in restaurante and banio can be improved. There should be someone who knows English to have better communication.

Hôtel calme plusieurs points à ameliorer
Pros:

La taille de la chambre

Cons:

Salle de bain vieillotte des chevaux dans la douche , tapis sale il y avait un nouveau de fruit, sur la vitre on devinait une main d’enfant et surtout pas de wifi dans notre chambre, on doit payer à notre arrivée sans voir la chambre, petit déjeuner pas prêt à 8heures et un peu trop léger
