Pros:

Not much. The security staff and waiters were lovely.

Cons:

Overpriced and poor hospitality. They do not like you eating in the room, no room service. Felt like a dictatorship. They do not help you with your bags into or out of hotel. No hot water only like warm, so the bath is useless. Gardens unkept, so the view is tardy. Old towels. Breakfast was menial, 600 rupees for 2 boiled eggs, small fruit, one small chai, one small instant coffee.

Pros:

Everything was in very good condition, and the location is very convenient for visiting the Buddhist sites. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Cons:

It was a bit overpriced for what it offers.

Kushinagar ci è piaciuta tantissimo!
Pros:

La reception è tutte le parti comuni di alto livello e l’esterno. Il cibo buono ed anche la colazione. Camera grande, letto abbastanza comodo cuscini terribili. Aria condizionata
molto rumorosa e le funzioni di regolazione non tutte funzionanti . Camera nel complesso buona ma non all’altezza del resto della struttura . Bagno ed acqua calda ok. Da rimodernare.

Cons:

L’accoglienza molto efficiente ma poco empatica . Un sorriso non guasterebbe!

I recommend this hotel for every traveller who is looking for an optimal mix of comfort and price
Pros:

The staff was attentive and friendly. Welcome drink was offered upon arrival, though warm drinks are more welcome in winter than cold refreshments. Mr Rahul from the reception was very friendly. Also the owner of the inhouse handicrafts shop was very professional and kind. The restaurant is neat and clean. During the dinner/breakfast, the staffs brought dishes on the table from the buffet to sample. The rooms were very clean. Closing the room doors from inside was a slight challenge though. Altogether, I would recommend this hotel for every traveller who is looking for an optimal mix of comfort and price. Best Regards

Nice hotel at good location
Pros:

Very good hotel in a good location. Cleanliness was good. The staff was very nice and helpful fix the room heater issue quickly. Food is 👍. They had a barbeque and party arranged in the garden with a bonfire..

Cons:

An excellent stay for two nights. Good value for money. Thanks to all the staff for their hospitality and kindness.
Pros:

Clean rooms. Staff are very helpful.
The property itself is located inside a large compound and secured.
Quiet at night time and had good sleep.
Varieties of food at breakfast.

Really pleasant, quiet, clean and comfortable place to stay.
Pros:

Amazing restaurant. Reliable wifi, and super location.

Cons:

Staff originally sent me on wild goose chase for travel agency, but then made up for it by making all necessary travel arrangements thru their home office in Dehli, which wasn’t easy!
