Quaint and traditional and very comfortable
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Nirvana. The building has an "old Thai" charm without being "run down". The tile floors and wooden doors gave it a quaint, traditional feeling.
The breakfast was nice and the location is very convenient to all of the shopping and beaches on Jomtien.

Cons:

This wasn't an issue for me, but there is no elevator and the steps are higher than average so you just have to be careful.
The pool is small (as is usually the case here in smaller hotels) but the property is close enough to the beach that it shouldn't be an issue.

Nice homey stay in a great location.
Pros:

There is so much to like about this place. Firstly the location is ideal: it's a short walk from the beach but just far enough away that it's mostly quiet. Everything you need is a short walk away. The Western breakfast is hearty and good value. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice enough, if a little dated. My suite was very roomy and it felt like home away from home.

Cons:

It was very disappointing to have a kitchen but no microwave. The place could use some sprucing up, but all in all no serious problems.

Pros:

Large studio room with kitchen, refrigerator, and balcony. Nice large bed. Close to beach. Some downstairs outside noise. Parking available. Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

The kitchen top stove did not work. Needs new skillet and kitchen utensils.
