It was HORRIBLE!
I woke up SURROUNDED by BED BUGS! I was bitten everywhere all over my body, I had to throw away my travel bag and the clothes, to not go home with it and infest my house with this VERY VERY DANGEROUS INSECTS!!! Under the bed and in the furniture itself, the wood was full of insects. I was happy about finding a good price for the room, to have where to sleep while traveling for work but i never ever go there again!
We could not enter!! We tried both codes a hundred times and had to leave and book another hotel! Not happy at all! We need a refund.

It was in basement. No natural light. Floor, walls and roof everything is black. Very depressing. Booking was done for 3 adults. There was one double bed. I was expecting at least a sofa bed. There was not enough bedding for 3 adults.

We booked a room for one night on 3th Aug. When we get there the main door needed pin as there is no reception. The hotel did not sent us pin. After calling the hotel chain customer service which was in India they had no clue whats going on. It took an hour finally the main person in charge in uk pick up the mobile phone ,only to say there is no room available for tonight. But they already took the money from my bank . We had to find another place. Im waiting to see if they refund my money back or not,!!!!

Travelled from the North East to stay at this hotel for a concert (
July2025). Paid in full in September 2024. Received an email offering a free cancellation 3 days prior. I responded and said no I was still needing the room. I emailed and also responded on booking.com. Turned up at the hotel at the time of check-in. Three other groups were stood outside said they couldn’t get in. Each in turn we’re messaging hotel for code to enter. We were the last to text as I assumed once they did one they would do everyone’s. Nope we were the last to, they ignored my messages so I rang. I was told that my room had been cancelled on Tuesday, I said I had responded, he said I should have rang (even though I responded to his email). He said there was no room available. I then had to proceed to book another room, as I looked at other options this hotel was still advertising with a room available (screen shot evidence) room had been REDUCED down to £178.00 (not worth that price fyi) , I paid £89. This was clearly not enough for the thieving so and so’s. Absolutely disgusted with how I was treated. Ruined my day. Being stranded in London with no place to stay when 2 big gigs are on, is worrying. Each person we spoke to staying there all said they had received the cancellation email, only one confirmed by phone, the rest via message like myself, and were equally worried that their stay was in jeopardy. You want an easy life, don’t book here. We stayed in Holiday inn in the end and had a very pleasant stay with excellent customer service.
The room was a lot better than expected after reading reviews, comfortable bed, nice shower and bathroom. I brought ear plugs and eye mask, so slept well.
Didn’t get code to the room so had to call, code was sent within a few minutes though so not a big problem. Could do with more coffee/milk sachets.

The whole experience, small bed and room, bedsheets dirty, floors dirty, vent toilet noisy and bad smell was coming out from it. Adding up the whole cancellation experience made the stay stressfull.
