Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Pool is closed for maintenance until 16 Feb 2023.

Kindly be informed that our Theme Park is closed on every Wednesday and Water Park is closed on every Tuesday.

Please note that Bricks Family Restaurant at LEGOLAND Hotel will be undergoing renovation from 1st July to 17th November 2025. During this period, breakfast will be served at the Market Restaurant in the Theme Park.

If you go Legoland with young kids then worth to stay
Pros:

Next to legoland, live in hotel will let you go in and out of legoland which day ticket

Cons:

Pros:

Suasana dalam hotel. Anak-anak sangat suka. Makanan pun sedap dan banyak pilihan.

Cons:

Mungkin harga per semalaman agak tinggi terutamanya kalau waktu hujung minggu, cuti umum, cuti sekolah. Tak dapat nak tempah bilik lebih lama atas faktor bajet terhad.

Pros:

廁所洗手台有大小兩個，很方便！
床舖超大，床墊超級舒適，非常好睡！
小孩的上下舖床墊也很讚！
早餐多樣化，很多馬來西亞特色美食！
工作人員都很親切，
門口警衛也都會注意小孩，
避免小孩單獨衝出去！

Cons:

空調聲音太大了，隔音較差！
馬來西亞樂高樂園沒有多國語言友善，
工作人員都是馬來人，不會中文，
就連說明書也都沒有多國語言版本，
既然是國際性、親子共遊的樂園飯店，
應該要做到更全面一點，
例如迪士尼樂園就做得很棒！

Outstanding service, but lacklustre aesthetics, feels overpriced.
Pros:

Excellent service throughout the stay. The staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive, carrying themselves with genuine hospitality.

Outstanding staff attitude. From the front desk to housekeeping and even the bellboys, everyone was polite, proactive, and eager to help, delivering service that feels closer to a solid four-star standard.

Well-designed, family-friendly rooms. The dual-sink setup—one lower sink for children and one for adults—was especially thoughtful and practical.

Good in-room amenities. Having two televisions, one for adults and one for children, was a nice touch and clearly designed with families in mind.

Comfortable overall stay. Despite design shortcomings elsewhere, the room itself was comfortable and well planned.

Cons:

Underwhelming public area design. The walkways feel plain and utilitarian, resembling a university dormitory rather than a hotel, even with the Lego-themed carpets.

Lack of cohesive decoration. Walkway décor appears to be an afterthought, with some doors left undecorated, reducing the overall sense of immersion.

Disappointing café and buffet restaurant ambiance. The dining area lacks refinement and warmth, feeling closer to a staff canteen than a hotel restaurant. The absence of any sense of luxury makes the space feel uninspiring and discourages repeat visits, particularly for dinner.

Disconnect between price and overall experience. Given the plain design of the common areas and dining spaces, the hotel feels overpriced for what is offered.

TV channel configuration issues. The available channels did not match the channel guide provided at the front desk, causing unnecessary confusion.

مكان ممتع جدا للأطفال الصراحه يستاهل عناء السفر أولادي انبسطوا جدا من يوم دخلنا لين طلعنا وأطفالي ما ملوا الخدمه ممتازه والموظفين ممتازين ولطيفين ويوجد ملاهي خلف الفندق كانت رائعه جدا ويوجد مول صغير به مطاعمً مناسبه
