Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Pool is closed for maintenance until 16 Feb 2023.

Kindly be informed that our Theme Park is closed on every Wednesday and Water Park is closed on every Tuesday.

Please note that Bricks Family Restaurant at LEGOLAND Hotel will be undergoing renovation from 1st July to 17th November 2025. During this period, breakfast will be served at the Market Restaurant in the Theme Park.

My kids had a lot of fun staying here and enjoyed the water park and theme park next door.

Great park, but poor service
Pros:

Park was nice and the rooms are good and spacious

Cons:

It was smelling bad in our first room, then they quickly changed it to another room which was better.

Suhoor option for the fasted guests was very limited.

The most important part to mention is the staff especially in reception: very poor service with zero guidance. They cannot properly answer very simple questions like the ticketing and stuff. Attitude of the staff leave a lot to be desired. Unfortunately this was the most unexpected part of what is claimed 5 star hotel.

East access to legoland both facilities , nice atmosphere

Worth staying at Legoland hotel when visiting the theme park and water park for the full immersive experience
Pros:

Love the lights and music in the lift, the themed rooms, and open play areas indoors. Rooms were spacious enough and could fit up to 5 pax.

Cons:

Had ants in the first room we stayed in, but the front desk quickly moved us to another clean room once we let them know.
