Teleurgesteld maar dit lag aan jullie niet aan het hotel!!

Cons:

Geen airco was wel beloofd in de zoek criteria van jullie. Hotel kan niets aan doen! 35 graden, bloedheet. Koffie en thee faciliteiten niet aanwezig, terwijl wel beloofd. Ik wil compensatie vanuit jullie en contact!! Ook overnachting in Luzern was niet volgens afspraak. Niet zoals beloofd airconditioning en parkeergelegenheid was er helemaal niet. 250 euro per nacht zonder ontbijt!!

الموقع سئ الحجز كان شقتين و عطتنا شقة وحده بس قالت الثانيه سلمتها لأصدقائكم اللي قبلكم مع ان ما معانا أصدقاء و قالت هالخطأ من بوكينج بس الشي الجيد للامانه ان الدفع عند الوصول و كنسلنا الحجز كله و رحنا لفندق ثاني

Pros:

The personal was so amazing and sweet. The food was delicious. During our stay I fell sick and they gave me tea with honey and lemon <3 and balcony view was so breathtaking. I really reccomend this hotel. Over all feel was like 5 star hotel. Thanks so much for everything, our trip was better because of you.
