Ich wünsche euch mehr Glück mit der einen Mitarbeiterin
Pros:

Die Zimmer und die Sauerkeit waren sehr ansprechend. Die lage ist hervorragend.

Cons:

Die Betten waren leider nicht besonders bequem und mein Zimmer (203) lag direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße – die Lärmemissionen waren deutlich hörbar und für mich ein klarer Minuspunkt.

Etwas irritierend war zudem das Frühstückskonzept: Frühstück gibt es erst ab 07:30 Uhr – für berufstätige Gäste, die mit ihrem Zimmerpreis eigentlich auch das Frühstück bezahlen, ist das nicht gerade ideal. Besonders skurril fand ich, dass man vor 07:30 Uhr nicht einmal in den Frühstücksraum gelangt, da sich die Tür mit dem Badge exakt erst um 07:30 Uhr öffnet. Mehr „Du bist hier nur geduldet“ habe ich in einem Hotel bisher tatsächlich noch nicht erlebt.

Als ich am Freitagmorgen trotzdem freundlich nachfragte, ob ich zumindest einen Kaffee bekommen könnte, wurde das mit einem recht deutlichen „Nein“ beantwortet. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel hätte ich mir da etwas mehr Gastfreundschaft erwartet.

Auch die Parksituation war unglücklich: Obwohl mir telefonisch bestätigt wurde, dass ein Parkplatz frei sei, war vor Ort dann keiner verfügbar.

Alles in allem wird das wohl mein letzter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel gewesen sein. Ich wünsche zukünftigen Gästen dafür umso mehr Glück – und vielleicht eine Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption, die Lust auf gute Laune hat.

Pros:

Our stay was wonderful. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The room was spotless and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the location couldn’t be better. Every detail was thoughtfully handled — we’ll definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

A wonderful spot; I would think anytime of year would be spectacular.
Pros:

Friendly staff, beautiful surroundings, great rooms. They put your name on your table when you check in; this is for both your breakfast and dinner. The breakfast is included and it a very good German selection. The dinner was not included, but it was wonderful and worth the price.
