Pros:

Both the rooms and restrooms are in good condition. For your information, this is an independent house.

Cons:

I feel uneasy staying here. The place is located deep inside the village, and at night, it’s completely deserted. If you need to buy something like food or other items, you have to go to the main road. While traveling to the main road, it feels very isolated, and the route gives the impression of being in a forest. Regarding the rooms, we have booked two rooms and we see that only one room has AC and the other doesn't.

Pros:

Environment, cleanliness, host support, price, maintenance. The host was very supportive and he guided us on how to plan the program..He arranged transport support also for nearby places with reasonable prices.He's very respectful and polite. The staff was also very polite and humble.

Pros:

The quiet and the comfort of a home stay, Anvith is very good ; had a good time coz the responsiveness ; if you have a rental vehicle or a private one you will enjoy!!

Distance is a bit far but worth the drive

Pros:

Staff behaviour and they helped us to get food. Room was very neat and clean.Parking facility.

Cons:

Location was not so convenient. Its too far from main city.. Night time feels its too scary to travel. And not even one shop near by.. There is network issue and no wifi facility.

It was a wonderful.
Pros:

Property is 900meters away from beach and 1.3kms away from where the Gangavali river meets beach and 4kms away from main city.

The person who manages here is very humble

Incase you want to visit nearby tourist places and temples you speak to manager who takes you to the places like temples and all. You can even trek here.

There is rental bikes and cars

Room service delivered the best local style seafood fresh, delicious, and perfectly cooked. Highly recommended.
