Value for Money. Comfortable and Quaint.
Pros:

Comfortable. Quaint. Great value for money. Very nice and accommodating staff. Nice breakfast included. Great AC. Complementary waters in room refreshed daily.

Good value and location. Nice roof terrace.
Pros:

Location is great between the old town and the bar/restaurant area around Rustaveli Metro.

We loved our big roof terrace on the 5th floor.

Cons:

Room perhaps slightly dated
We stayed 3 nights and our room didn’t get cleaned (despite asking).
The hotel could be so much nicer with a few improvements.

Pros:

Большие (просто огромные по меркам отелей) номера и общие зоны.
Интересно было бы узнать историю этого дома и его хозяев. Библиотека, почти антикварная мебель, деревянная винтовая лестница, картины на стенах, ощущения очень необычные. В номерах чисто. Парковочное место во дворе есть - но оно только одно (максимум два) - поэтому не гарантировано. Завтраки неплохие - омлет, сосиски, творог, сыр, колбаса. Кофе только растворимый. В номерах есть чайник и холодильник.

Cons:

В душе нет бортика - вода заливается к унитазу. Пару раз были проблемы с водой. И во дворе расположена веранда ресторана - одну ночь тоже было очень шумно до 2 часов ночи

Pros:

все хорошо останавливались на несколько дней с детьми. расположение старый тбилиси. практически самый центр. завтраки просто отлично. (дети голодными не оставались) взрослые тоже. отель не новый но аутентичный и если не придиратся к мелочам то вполне. на ресепшене как попадете одна смена говорит по английски другая понимает по русски но остальной персонал все понимают русский язык и проблем с заселением не будет. хозяйка тоже хорошо говорит по русски и очень душевный человек. спасибо всему персоналу нам очень понравилось.! кстати парковка тоже есть.

Cons:

все хорошо . есть конечно мелочи в виде старения домового фонда
но это вроде как и есть аутентичность.

Pros:

Находится недалеко от старого города.

Cons:

За 5 дней проживания, у нас убрались только один раз, на следующий день после приезда.
Потом не убирались, полотенца не меняли.
Хотя мы каждый день говорили, что нужно поменять полотенца и убраться!

Очень приветливый персонал, очень вкусные завтраки . Откликались на любые просьбы.Расположение относительно достопримечательностей отличное.На рецепшене очень отзывчиаый молодой человек Матей. В общем, поездка получилась великолепной.Благодарим персонал гостиницы и всем рекомендуем ее.

Pros:

Отель находится рядом с метро Шота Руставели. Рядом канатная дорога и в пешей доступности другие достопримечательности.
Недалеко от отеля есть несколько местных ресторанов и магазины, что облегчает поиск мест где можно поесть вкусно и купить воду, которая так необходимо в Грузии во время прогулки.

Теперь о комнате.
Есть фен, кондиционер, мыло, шампунь, гель для душа. Чайник ,чай, бутылки с водой.
Кровать удобная.
Есть балкон ( останавливалась на 4 этаже) можно утром пить кофе и наслаждаться пением птиц.
Завтрак - шведский стол.
Зелень, омлет ,колбасы, вкусный хлеб и варенье из тутовицы.

Спасибо большое персоналу заботу .

Pros:

A cozy hotel on a hill with a great view from the rooftop and friendly staff just several minutes from Rustaveli avenue which makes all the city's attractions accessible within walking distance. We have extended our stay here more that we have initially planned as we didn't want to leave this wonderful place.

Geen sfeer. Alles is donker. Wasbak valt er bijna af. Dame bij t ontbijt was niet vrolijk. ' t leven is zwaar uitstraling. De receptiemedewerkers waren nog t meest aanspreekbaar.Schimmel badkamer en wasbak viel er bijna af.

Pros:

Gute Lage, direkt gegenüber ist ein Spar und mehrere Geschäfte oder Cafés in der Nähe. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, neue Handtücher, etc. Gutes Frühstück.
