Super elegant, modern and well-equipped apartment with good location.
Pros:

The apartment is every bit as elegant and luxurious as in the pictures. The pool was very nice and l, as there are just 3 rented apartments, it was not at all crowded. The garden is very neatly kept and the neighborhood is pretty with olive groves and rising mountains just beyond. The garage is spacious and easy to drive in and out. The middle floor apartment even has direct elevator access to the garage. The members of the family who owns the house are super friendly, and answer promptly if there are any questions. The location is within reasonable walking distance from Malcesine centrum and the Monte Baldo cable car. A couple of nice restaurants are even closer. The kitchen is well equipped so cooking in the apartment is also a very good option with nice view from the balcony and living room to enjoy with your meal. Nice scenic roads to explore by jogging or by bicycle are literally just around the corner. We are definitely staying here again!

Cons:

Nothing to complain about, but it may be worth to note that the air conditioning was not adjustable from the apartment (at least during our stay) even though there are control panels in the rooms. The home automation was set in a way that you needed to ask the owners to change target temperature. This was easily done, of course.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit.
Pros:

Schöne Lage auch wenn es nicht direkt am See ist. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen schöne Zeit. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Klima ist nicht einstellbar.

Pros:

Beautiful modern apartment in a luxury house.
Lovely garden with lots of olive trees.
Nice pool, with lounge chairs to relax on.
We enjoyed very much our breakfast outside on the terrace with great views of the surrounding mountains.
The old city of Malcesine is about 25 min walk with plenty of restaurants.
Marissa, her husband (sorry, I forgot the name) and Giovanni were all very helpful and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Big thanks to them!
We definitely plan to return.

There should be some separation of the 2 terraces on the ground floor. We missed the privacy due to this
